AT&T Store

Danny White was absolutely wonderful!!! I was greeted within 30 seconds of walking in the door. He was so very helpful & listened to all of our wants & needs. & had us totally switched over to AT&T start to finish in about an hour. Highly highly recommend Danny!!! He made our experience WONDERFUL!

I switched from Verizon to AT&T and I saved so much money! My bill went down over $100 a month and the service is great! I couldn’t have done it without the help of Nelly! She walked me through everything in a timely manner and made sure I got the best deals! I will definitely be back to this location when I need assistance!

I was pleased with the exceptional service provided by Justin during my visit. His knowledge and friendliness made my experience positive. It's great when customer service combines expertise with a friendly approach. I definitely will visit this store again because of Justin. He was patient and answer all of my questions. Kudos!!!

My phone was broke and I needed a replacement. The representative that helped me was SO kind, quick and personable. She was really about ensuring I had a great experience. All the while, she was training a new employee who was also great and caught on quickly to everything he was learning. Great experience overall.

I have a new phone my answers didn’t match. Kate was an excellent sales women and explain everything. She was pleasant, polite and Professional.

Been with AT&T over a decade, and this was the best AT&T experience I've had. Came into the store with my broken phone, and in a rush to get to work. Jeremy had us taken care of, so much above my expectation, and walking out in 10 minutes.
I'll be coming back to Jeremy for all of my AT&T needs.

Very time efficient. My only negative comment is that I don't appreciate when I walked in that a manager berated one of his employees in front of everyone . That was unacceptable. Not sure what happened but he berated them in front of everyone.

I went in one time just needing a screen protector and a new case and Nelly was so sweet and super her helpful!

The customer service here is grade A. Audi is absolutely amazing. Her people skills are top notch. She went out of her way to make my experience awesome. Thank you Audi and AT&T

Brittany assisted us last week. We absolutely love her!! She deserves a raise.

Even though there was a bit of a wait for it being the lunch hours and other circumstances out of her control, April was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. She made sure my service was done well and correctly for what I needed. She treated me like a person and never pushed me to buy more or less than I needed, while ensuring I knew my options and answering my questions. She was patient with me and the lengthy transfer from my old phone to my new. She was even able to assist another customer quickly during the wait and made sure I didn’t feel forgotten. Incredibly professional and personable all at once. Will definitely hope to get her every time we come in!

My fiancé and I went in with questions about our bill and looking to upgrade a device. Jay worked with us patiently the entire time we were there. He answered all of our questions with no hesitation. He even went out of his way to help other customers (extremely rude ones at that all while maintaining a professional attitude about him) without taking away from our experience. Awesome all the way around!

Jay went above and beyond to help get my phone set up and ported after Asurion was supposed to just replace the battery and broke my whole phone!

We were assisted by Jay. His customer service was excellent. We were there on 5/26. My nephew graduated that day. We we're pressed for time, but Jay took care of us in less than an hour. He deserves a raise.

Thank you so much to the AT&T Store in Gastonia, NC for the expert knowledge in fixing my phone issues. Audi, for being patient with me and using different methods to help my phone stop cutting off (which was an Apple issue) Michael for his expertise with Apple products (Thanks Mike) when I forgot my password and help me get my phone back on and last but definitely not least April and Lamar for moral support! I spent a total of 5 to 5 1/2 hours at this store to get my phone back and it was time well spent! 🤘🏾

Best customer service I have experienced!

I went in and only needed to turn in an old phone under the swap a older galaxy and get the new S22 for free. I only saw 1 young man in the store. His name was Jay and he waited on 5 people at the same time. I am glad he was there as I really don't want to sit in the AT&T store for hours to turn a phone in. Great job Jay give him a big raise.

I was beyond happy with the service I received today in the store working with the sales rep. Tamara. She was patient, as we had a lengthy meeting of being there for 3 hours but never once did I feel rushed or pressured. I initially came in for a hot spot device only and I left with that and having switched my entire wireless service from T-Mobile to AT&T. I also can reiterate enough she never once tried to upsell us when we made our goals clear she went out of her way to find us the best deals, explain the terms and conditions as well as make sure we were happy with the pricing . I was nervous to make the jump over as our experience with our provider previously was the opposite and was leery of any major provider being the same way. Tamara deserves a pay raise !!! Loved her service and will always seek her first!
