Wingstop

The food we got here was phenomenal. We ate the two chicken sandwich meal (2 sandwiches, 2 dips, large fry and 2 refillable drinks) that was $17 after tax. The sandwiches were hot, flavorful, crispy chicken and premium buns. The fries were handcut and fresh. The ranch is a homemade style ranch, not a nasty pre-packaged ranch with weird flavor. Everything about the food was great. Here’s what gives this place problems: management. The employees were overwhelmed and exhausted by the job, and we ate here at 4 PM on a Saturday. There were 3 people working, 2 in the kitchen and 1 rover between the register and kitchen. They had trouble with the menu on the register and had trouble filling orders quickly because of the volume. No one was available to clean the eat-in tables, but the place still wasn’t too untidy. Wingstop needs to put better management in place here to help with staffing and workflow. Honestly, Undercover Boss needs to come help the employees. Don’t miss the extra parking in the back that’s easier to have more space in if you have a big vehicle.

Cannot tell you how completely wonderful our first visit was! Rhonda is an absolute gem! Ordering is easy; service is quick and friendly! Great portion sizes, I am stuffed! Oh and you should definitely take the survey at the end! Trust me!

Came here on March 22nd, (Keyon) the manager was super helpful! He took my order quickly, helped me fill out the survey to get free wings and fries. Some lady came in and was disrespectful to him and he took it very professional and nicer than I would have. I would recommend coming to this WingStop over any other one. They care about the customers and aren’t just after your money. The wait might take a little while but it’s totally worth it! I also got more food than I ordered, for free. Love this place and the employees rock💜👍🏼

Food is typically fresh they do move at a high volume so sometimes there’s a wait on your order, but not too long. The customer service is a 10! And make sure to look online because there’s always a better deal or price online

I received AMAZING service tonight. Some of my wings were incorrect, I returned with the food and the manager Travis quickly figured out the issue and fixed it promptly. Him and his team did a great job. The wings were delicious. I'll definitely be back!

The service was quick and professional! The restaurant was super clean and the Manager Keyon was very friendly and greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in! Made sure my order was correct and also asked is there's anything to make my visit to the location better! This speaks he truly cares about his customers.

I love this place. Great food and service every time. Could not say that a few months ago but it looks like the new management has got things in order

So good! On this visit I had Cajun wings and Hickory Smoked BBQ wings, along with lemon pepper fries. Everything tasted great and the service was good as well.

I had stopped going to wing stop cause the food was nasty, and dry. So today I gave it a try again and let me tell you they have changed. The customer service was good.and the wings were delicious. I ordered the 30pc original hot bone in with fries. I asked the girl lexi to make them juicy and they sure did. Will be coming back. Thanks for the change😊and great customer service 👍

Received my food within 10 minutes of ordering during a lunch rush. They packed it to go but I decided to dine in. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. 10/10 satisfied.

The best garlic parm wings I have ever had! I eat then in the car on the way home because I can't wait to eat them!

I see we have a new GM in the building. I went in tonight, waiting a little bit for my wings but when I got home and ate them I can honestly say they were the best wings I have ever gotten from wingstop. I eat here often, it’s always good but this time it was better than usual. Keyon is AWESOM and the girl that said she was the lead was really nice as well. Thank y’all ☺

I have to edit my review! I gave them.another chance and ever since Chantel has been working there, my orders have been on time, accurate and tasty!!! She is such a breath of fresh air and it is now worth the drive to get Wingstop for football games!!

Delicious food every time! My experience tonight went from one of complete frustration to extreme satisfaction. I ordered on the app, ahead of time, knowing it takes time to complete the order. The app order says 18-23 minutes until pickup. Cool. I arrive 22 minutes later and step inside to check on the order. I'm told it will be over another hour as they are backed up. I am infuriated as the app says nothing about this (someone needs to fix that
issue). Less than 10 minutes later after debating on going somewhere else, my food is in my hand! Hunter and Pam at this location did an amazing job, busted their tails to keep a customer satisfied, and succeeeded! Someone needs to fix the app and staff more than 2 people to help these 2 amazing workers, but overall more than satisfied! Thank you guys for your hard work!

I came for the free wing combo & the employees were so pleasent. I had my 2 year old daughter with me & they all interacted with her... Everything was fresh & tasted great. I love the seasoning on the fries. I will definitely be back... A lot.

Every wing flavor we have tried we love. We order online and pick up and our order is always correct, fresh, and tastes great. This is the only place we order wings and ask for them to be well done / crispy and they actually are.

Ordered online and picked up on a Saturday. Wings were fresh, well sauced and seasoned, and delicious. I would definitely order from them again and plan on doing so. Pickup was five minutes before the time scheduled - and customer service was friendly.

I was craving wings and came in here for the first time, was not disappointed. The lady at the register said it would be a while because they make them to order, they were worth the wait. I always get my wings with the sauce on the side so they stay crispy. I got the parmesan fries as well because I have no control over my gastro impulses. 10/10 would order again. Their house wing sauce was a good Buffalo and it was just what I wanted. The blue cheese was a nice cool contrasting relief. This is my new wing stop.

Wings are delicious and employees are courteous.
