Usually a busy place as it's right by the Gastonia exit. The employees are working hard to provide good customer service. Good staff, Good location!

This place always runs smooth and the employees are always nice.

Went through drive-thru and ordered two drinks. I mumbled or they didn't hear me, only did one because that's what they heard. Offered to come in and order the second one. Ordered it inside and the drink was already made.

My daughter LOVES loves her some Starbucks drinks. She likes to try the secret flavors from Tiktok and they accommodate her every time even if they need to look at the video to see the ingredients. Well this one was called The Barbie..... Something or another. It was one of the Barbie promo drinks... Delicious. Cox Rd. In Gastonia, NC Is great. I'm also excited to have them join us while serving the community through our nonprofit. Awesome store

I would say cup of coffee is delicious at this store. Customer service is good

I just want to share some praise for this location. This is the store I frequent on my way into work. Every person I have encountered here is delightful and on two separate occasions when I was having really bad days they put something cute on my order, I’m sure it’s coincidence but I am grateful. Once Disney stickers on my order and the second time they drew a little piggy on my cup and it made a really bad day more manageable. Thank you!! ❤

Karen is the best employee at Starbucks. A smile even when you can tell the store has some issues. I stopped by on a roadtrip.

Starbucks on a Saturday and the first day of Fall? It was packed and they were super busy... still got great service and a perfect order! These barristas were amazing.

Staff was super friendly and smiling faces on everybody! We walked in, as drive-through is always longer at any Starbucks.

They completely passed the vibe check. Not only was my drink perfect, I was greeted by a happy staff, absolutely JAMMING to Mother, Blondie herself, Taylor Allison Swift. I’ll always choose this starbies over Target’s 🫶🏼

Pretty standard location I’m not a huge fan of the parking lot layout here but everything else is fine.

Always a great experience, employees at this location go above and beyond. Drinks are always fantastic, whether hot or iced. Inside tends to be busy but it moves fast enough. Try the nitro cold brew.

These guys are great the entire staff is awesome they looked out for us hard working Amazon guys as we delivered for them ! The drinks are also made correctly ! Great spot !

The lady who took our order was polite to a different degree than I’ve ever experienced anywhere in customer service. We forgot to order our drink at the speaker and she recovered so smoothly and took our order immediately. We are passing through on a road trip but this star bucks is the one to go to hands down.

This particular Starbucks is amazing! Customer service is great and I get exactly what I want through the drive through. And it's even easier using the app to pre-order or just for them to scan. Even if there's a line. It goes fast. Fast! We tested Cafe versus drive-thru and drive through won.

I love this Starbucks. I drive 10 minutes out of my way just to go to this location because everyone is so friendly

This was my first time stopping in to this location. After waiting a bit in the drive through, we decided it would be quicker to just run into the lobby. They have the space set up for either app orders or cafe orders so it's easy to see where to go to get your drinks or food. As we walked in, I noticed a worker charting their current cleaning schedule to keep track of the time and what they were cleaning.

While we were waiting for our drinks, Cade (I believe he said he was the manager) struck up a conversation with us to just chat about us, our day, and what they are doing to keep themselves and their customers safe. It was an amazing time chatting, and I appreciated the personalized conversational touches and relating to our stories.

When I asked for sugar for my tea, he explained they will provide sugar, creamer, and stirrers upon request, but they can't be left out for self serve at this time. I was provided my sugar and stirrers via an espresso shot cup - to help keep cross contamination to a minimum.

Thank you to this location and their employees for their excellent service. Please know if you visit this location, you'll be in a safe and clean environment.

I stop here every Saturday and Sunday on my way into work. Always pleasant but today they were out of white mocha (my go-to) and Ross was so helpful at recommending another drink. He was very accommodating and an absolute pleasure to talk to at 6:00am on a Sunday. Wonderful experience!
