Great place just didn't have what I wanted.

Great staff and service. I had a controller with drift and they were quick to get it replaced with my warranty. Been back again and again for good products!

We have two locations in town and I love this location a whole lot more. My systems have lasted longer when I get them from this location too which is a huge plus for me. Everything I want or need is always in stock!!!

The guy there I want to say Colby was so awesome. He helped us find these must have lol Pokémon cards ! Very clean as well!

If I could give the store more than a 5 star rating I would. I went in 4/26/21 to purchase a Nintendo Switch after having no luck finding one all day and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Hunter was very polite, respectful, and just had all the answers to my every question. If you don’t know what customer service is supposed to be like you could definitely learn a thing or two from him. I not only received superb customer service but I also didn’t leave unsatisfied. He helped me sign up for a GameStop Membership for the year, helped me order my Nintendo Switch (The exact one I wanted) and also made me smile which is one little thing that can make someone’s day go from 0-100 in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend this store for any gamer needs. My rating from 1-100 is definitely infinite.

Jonathan helped me a lot and was straight up with me about what I needed to do and recommended a lot of things and I appreciate it a lot. For example: we (me and my bf) went to a different gamestop the other day and purchased a used game. We went home to insert the disk and it was not working at all. Yes we tried everything. We came to this one to see if we could get a refund and he was super nice about it and was confused why the other GameStop even sold us the game because there was a big scratch on it. His attitude was awesome and gave us great customer service. Good sales guy. Needs to start selling cars lol.

This GameStop consists of nothing but friendly staff. They’re usually well stocked and even if they’re not, all.. and I mean ALL of the employees are very knowledgeable about the games or mercy you may be looking for.

Kandice helped me on my particular visit this morning. She was very kind and made it a point to find the figures I was trying to preorder. She offered inviting conversation and was an absolute delight.

10/10 would recommend this GameStop for anybody in the surrounding areas. I have never had a bad experience here.

Raquel is an amazing Team Leader with great knowledge of the products and great customer service. If it werent for her being there, I'd be buying online instead. Keep up the fantastic work!

Bought an Xbox one there two weeks ago refurbished and immediately had problems. I was fed up with the system after taking hours and hours to try and fix every problem I had. I walked in the store today hoping for an exchange with in 30 days and Jay made that process so painless. He recommended I exchange it for an Xbox one S and it's been flawless. Awesome customer service

Chuck was very nice and knowledgeable about what I had a problem with. He helped me quick. and saved me money. Good staff also.

I love GameStop! They have all the gaming stuff I want! I'm a Mario Fan, so I go because they keep tons of unique Super Mario items! 😎

I really love the staff that works here. EVERYONE IS AWWWWESOME! They help u with every thing and even explain the difference between the cheap items and the higher ones my kinda place

I visited there a while ago. The people were very knowledgeable and gave great advice on what I was looking for. Store was well stocked. Will visit there again when I am in that area.

Good selection of gaming consoles & and games. Bought a used Xbox One controller and the guys were very helpful with the warranty and what not. I'll go back when necessary :-)

Love this store they have plenty to choose from iv never been to this GameStop til last night until I had orientation and must I say it was AWESOME thanks very much super happy employee can't wait to start :).
