Im happy using the Minute Clinic especially for my daughter that can get tested here too. I was checked in, tested, and left with my water. I had a good experience the doctor was nice and patient although I'm the patient. Negative for COVID but was pretty much in and out.
I'm not sure if others experienced different due to insurance, being a walk in (adds to your wait time anywhere), payment issues, service or other.
I was able to get a general physical check and I have the flu and hoping to get over it with some medications the doc recommended I pick up before leaving.

Setting an appointment online is easy. Appointments are usually available within 24 hours even on weekends. The hours of service are convenient. The staff is very helpful and caring. Lab results are within minutes.

I booked two different appointments for the drive through Covid test (one for me and one for my dad). On both occasions, the staff at the drive through pharmacy was extremely helpful and guided me through every step systematically. I got the results back in 24hrs. All in all, a very efficient and satisfactory experience.

I went in today to try to get some shopping in. There was a lovely sales associate, Nicole. She was honestly awesome. She made me feel so welcomed and was honestly one of the nicest employees I have ever encountered. This is by far my favorite CVS to go to!

This is the most convenient location to our home via our US1 commute. We mainly use the pharmacy, and the staff is professional and honest. If they can't do something, they'll tell you. They know us, they recognize our voices over the phone... it's impressive service. They aren't gushy sweet, and they expect you to listen and read their requests and do your part. If you can be a responsible person, this cvs pharmacy will be a delight to work with.

Scheduled appointments for myself and my daughter for flu vaccines. We used the website to "get in line". We were taken a minute after checking into the kiosk. The NP, Lauren, was very friendly, helpful and quick! So much faster than a trip to pediatrician and primary care physician!

Excellent. I checked in online first and was seen within the 25 minute window I was given. The woman who saw me was a PA, very pleasant, very competent. She did seem irritated with CVS's electronic chart system and with the fact they wanted her to be a flu shot evangelist. I think part of the reason people get frustrated at these clinics is because they only exist to make CVS money. But I'm thankful that there are still good nurses and PAs working in places like this or the whole thing would be a waste of time.

The cashier Nicole is the nicest lady ever. She brightens everyone’s day. This CVS hasn’t had an employee as kind, engaging, and helpful in years as her. It’s a pleasure shopping here! :)

Friendly staff, up front, who are the only ones I have dealt with. They seem to have the same stock as all the other CVS locations and I was rather surprised with the seasonal selection (Fall). This location is convenient from my apartment on Ten - Ten road, and every time I walk in they ask if I am looking for something in particular from the shopping area.

Took my 5 year old daughter in for the flu. I made an appt online and we waited about 5 mins when we got there. The NP, Jaymar, was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and made my daughter feel comfortable. I hope we get her again if we ever have to go back!

Exactly what I needed. I went in for a sinus infection and was out with my prescription within an hour. The PA working was delightfully helpful and very kind. Do much faster than going to the doctor.

Have been here a few times and have been seen very quickly. It's convenient for non-emergency visits. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

My favorite CVS store. Very helpful and attentive staff.

I have seen both doctors here and they have been nice, and easy to see. I will continue to see them when needed.
