I recently had an exceptional dining experience at Acme Pizza in Holly Springs, NC, and I can't express enough how wonderful our server, Gwen, made our visit. From the moment we walked in, Gwen's warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for an enjoyable evening.

Gwen was not only attentive and knowledgeable about the menu but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her enthusiasm for the restaurant's offerings truly enhanced our dining experience.

Throughout our meal, Gwen checked in with us regularly, making sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism, coupled with a genuine interest in ensuring our dining experience was top-notch, left a lasting positive impression.

Acme Pizza itself exceeded expectations; the pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and high-quality toppings. The cozy atmosphere and excellent service provided by Gwen made this visit memorable. Buffalo chicken pizza was pretty good. Some bites didn't have chicken or tomato or Buffalo sauce meaning not too evenly distributed ingredients but I would definitely order again.

First time there and we were very happy with everything. We ordered the deep dish as well as the garlic knots
They informed us the deep dish would take some time and would come and let us know on the progress of our pizza (I’m sure to ensure us they didn’t forget about us)

Great Service, Great Pizza! Love the Chicago style Deep Dish and the sweet garlic knots. Great Marinara sauce on the pizza. Decent beer and wine selection. Fun and open atmosphere. Stromboli and Chicken Parm Sub was wonderful!! We will be back.

Friendly customer service with minimal wait for pizza. Lunch special is a great deal. Very impressed by Sweet Italian Sausage pizza slice. Will definitely return.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile. Finally got here on Saturday afternoon. The appitizers we got, onion rings and fried ravioli, were both good. The Chicago style deep dish pizza was very good. Best I've had around here. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Our waiter was friendly and professional. Service was fast and accurate. The restaurant was clean.

So I came here because my wife saw something online about them having the best garlic knots and she wanted to try them. I was not prepared! These are dinner roll sized garlic knots. They could be the meal all their own. Not knowing this, we ordered a medium deep dish pizza. Needless to say, I took home leftovers. The food was outstanding and I left in a food coma. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Oh also the wait staff are very friendly and helpful. My drink glass never went empty.

I lived in Chicago since age 25 for 37 years. This is good, authentic Chicago style Deep Dish. If you try it and don't like it, you can't say you like deep dish pizza. Friendly owner and staff. You will not be disappointed if you like deep dish.

I’m from Chicago, so I know Deep Dish pizza. And Acme is the best I’ve had in NC that claims Chicago pizza! I typically drive 30+ minutes each way to Acme. First time dining in and the atmosphere was welcoming, called ahead that our pizzas would be piping hot ready and they were. Bravo Acme! I will return!

Went there to try my first Chicago style pizza. I'm more of a NY pizza guy but the the Chicago was still a dang good pizza. The garlic knots are INSANE! Definitely will be going back.

My husband and I really enjoyed our first visit here. The service was excellent, the killer garlic knots were amazing, and the deep dish pizza was tasty. We will definitely be back!

Great pizza. Great customer service. Every time.

We always make it a point to go hungry and get a deep dish. It's well worth the 30 - 45 minute wait. The crust is delicious and always cooked perfectly. Crispy all along the bottom and the crust has just enough softness under the crunchy exterior.
Wings and salads are also good. The brownies are to die for.

Top 3 on my list of favorite pizza places easily.

I ordered a deep dish pizza with pepperoni and sweet italian sausage. Order was accurate, food was great and "can I have another”. The tomato sauce was spot on and there small chunks of tomato which enhanced the flavor. All flavors combined made for a great pizza. Definitely top tier!

I’m a Chicagoan. Went to Acme for their Chicago style deep dish pizza. Was not disappointed! Returned in my next visit to NC. Staff greeted me warmly and the restaurant had a full and lively crowd. No one looked unhappy 😁

Found this place on Google looking for Chicago Deep Dish and upon visiting them I am hooked. This place the staff are all amazing friendly and professional,like being served by a best friend atmosphere. Thank you all for my first experience and lasting experiences especially with your Chicken Caesar salad…………..OMGoodness, mouth watering now for one. Great job ACME keep up the good works.

Was a really great experience our waitress Glenda from California was super cool and the head waiter was so helpful.in our beer choices. Food was hot the wings were Awsome and the deep dish pizza wasn't bad. Good time was had.

Garlic knots were HUGE and Delicious! Great compliments from the burgers, but my Meathead Stromboli was Amazing! Not too greasy, and cheesy enough to hold it all together! Delicious!

I've been looking at the restaurant for awhile. We only come close to this location while working so today was the day to try this place out. As you can see we choose takeout. The garlic knots were awesome and the cheese sticks were thick and cheesy. I will say this about the pizzas they are heavy and thick but I was expecting them to be taller. They did not disappoint with the taste and every part of the pizza was great.

The Pizza was great the servers were very friendly. This was the best pizza I've had since I moved done to Fayetteville North Carolina from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The atmosphere was great even though they were very busy it was still quite enough for me and my husband to talk and hear each other. Thankyou for the awesome food. We even got a take out order. ☺
