Really nice McDonald's the look was like no other McDonald's I ever been to. Food was hot and the guys delivered it to our table unlike other places that just call u to come get it after u said yr eating there!

This was bussing no cap ong. The shakes here are meta and the service is sigma. Would defo eat here again.

Visited twice, once drive thru and once ate in. Food was fresh and quick. Drive thru was the quickest and most accurate order we've ever had! Highly recommend this location

Great experience - the manager (I assume because if the different color shirt) was super friendly, offered to refill my drink, took care of our tray when we were ready to leave and asked us how the food was while we were eating. The fries were hot and fresh, all around great.

I pick up my granddaughter from school everyday and occasionally we come here before heading home. She loves the play area and ice cream!! Spoiling her is fun to watch!

Best McDonald's I've ever had the opportunity to deal with!

We stopped by while in the area to grab a last minute meal on the go for a family of 4. We tried to use the app to replace our order ahead of time but unfortunately we ran into issues when trying to add the to Happy meals for our kids. So instead, my wife went inside the restaurant after we had arrived, and worked with the cashier to get our order due to the issues with the app.

Our food was freshly made and nice and hot. The restaurant was fairly busy and had plenty of customers both inside and in the drive thru lines. The restaurant was clean both inside and out. Also, we had found a new burger in the app and when we showed it to the cashier, she was surprised and was not aware that it was something that could be ordered, but she ordered it for us. For reference it was a double quarter pounder with like a nacho cheese sauce and jalapenos on it, and it was absolutely delicious.

Our kids happy meals were perfect and they each loved their toy. The cashier even made sure that our boys got the correct drinks ordered and marked them for us so we could ensure that the proper soda went to the proper child.

This restaurant has excellent customer service and the employee we dealt with was super nice and kind. It was an interaction that made the entire ordeal an enjoyable experience. This is the restaurant and staff that should train all other employees and restaurants.

The guy in the window around 10 PM was really nice very sociable and he deserves A reward

I had never been to this McDonalds before it was the first time. I asked for fresh fries 🍟 and I got fresh, hot 🔥 fries. I was happy 😊 and satisfied.

Everything is up to standard at this McD's. Friendly employees and hot food. The best McD's in the area.

I went through the drive thru. Service was fast. The worker at the window was extremely nice! We need more people like her serving. She was a breath of fresh air.

We've been here around 4 times since they opened for my kids to play on the inside play structure. The bathrooms are always clean (and have a gender neutral). The service is super fast and overall the food is....McDonalds. Hot fries, burgers, and nuggets. Friendly staff.

This McDonald has their stuff together most of the times. They know how fryer works and fried food is not soggy. Big Mac needs more sauce, it's whole point.

I'm gonna admit it. I like McD's. Very much.

Having said that, this is THE BEST McD's ever. People are super friendly, food is always hot, service (at the drive through, I've yet to go inside) is fast and efficient. HUGE shout out to the team here. Owner should be proud.

It’s McD’s… you really can’t go wrong. Make sure you use the app to save time and money, as you earn and redeem points that way — and you don’t have to touch the touchscreen menu boards.

First time I've been at this location. I should have noticed her name, but the woman working the register and the dining room was outstandingly friendly. (Monday 12/27 around 1pm) A very welcome attitude where some fast food employees seem to be anywhere but work. The food was what you'd expect at a McDonald's.

I love the new McDonald's in Apex. The food always tastes so fresh and the staff is always friendly and courteous. Inside is very clean and or never is a long wait. As well the drive-thru is always speedy and the food is always fresh.
