I love Kohls! Service, inventory, and price are always excellent. Would like to especially thank Devyani for her assistance during checkout for pointing sales, Kohls cash balance and additional email coupons to use during my visit. Awesome store!

I was looking for Lee work pants. The old style was thin, but these are heavier and softer. I found new Lee work pants that fit wonderfully in black and khaki/colors required at work, which are very hard to find in other stores. I am so glad I stopped at Kohls. Some things you just have to try on, instead of ordering online. Happy customer!!!!!!

We shop there all the time. Nice selection, good prices and Kohl's cash! I get most of my clothes there, work and leisure, shoes, belts and wallets. It's super convenient to our house so it has become our go-to store.

If it wasn't for this Kohl's, I would not have the fashionable wardrobe I have now! I wear petite clothing and have no problem finding my petite size here. And the staff are really helpful and kind.

The associate Shahla was fantastic!!! Kohl's should be very proud to have such a great employee. That is one of the best customer services I can recall in over 50 years.

I love my local Kohl's ! I purchase a lot of items from Amazon and love the convenience of returning them to Kohl's! After returning, Kohl's gives me a coupon for 15 % off anything I buy. I can usually find something to buy !!

Everyone I have worked with in n the store is knowledgeable friendly and goes above and beyond.

The things were expensive compared to some online platforms but the quality was good which make them a great choice for gifting.

2 levels y'all! 2 levels! Has an escalator and elevator to the second level. So many peoducts neatly arranged! I was besides myself. Got all I needed and more. Great costumer service but they looked tired.

I was pleased with the choice of merchandise at this store. My visit was made especially nice when at the checkout the associate Monika, noticed I had a small bleeding cut on my finger and offered to get me a bandage. She had a very pleasant manner and was delightful to interact with.

Sephora employees, Bridget and Lesley were very patient and kind and they are super helpful! I’ll come back to this location for sure!🥰

Kohl's is a great choice for returning Amazon purchases. Just go through the return process online and select your local Kohl's store as your return location. Save a pdf, or make a screenshot of the QR code on your phone before you go. There was a wait at the Amazon returns desk this time, but hey, I got a 25%off coupon at Kohl's, just by returning my Amazon purchase there.

Associate Annette was excellent. Kind, understanding and resolved my issue professionally and with great compassion.

Always good, I never have a bad experience. Helpful and knowledgeable staff if you need them. Plus they have the biggest selection of items. Their sales are really good too! I recommend Kohls at Beaver Creek in Apex NC
