Clean store and great customer service from everyone there. Though, Brian up front at the registers and bagging gets the highest marks. Always personable during pickups and always busy in the store. Give Brian a raise.

Best customer service of any grocery store. High quality meat department that can order custom meat items. If you are looking for an item anyone will not only tell you where it is located and walk you to the item location on the shelf.
The entire store is very friendly and polite. I pass three grocery stores to get here and all are less expensive but shopping here is much more enjoyable.

I have to brag on Publix bakery and Deli at the Cary location on Kildaire. I placed an order for several food trays a few weeks before my daughter's baby shower. It was a large order, 12 trays. I truly thought with such a large order things were bound to go wrong but to my delight amazing everything I ordered was beautiful. The food was so fresh, looked amazing and tasted great! I love everything about Publix in Cary. Thank you so much for making our special day delicious!

And if you haven't had a Pub Sub, you're missing out. Subway ain't got nothin' on the Pub Sub. If you like Thanksgiving, try the Turkey Cranberry sub, or if you like fried chicken, try the Chicken Strip sub. Top shelf.

Always a great visit to Publix. Good food, service and a value for your money. I enjoy getting a sub from the the deli and it is always fresh hott and tasty. Their soups are flavorful and tasty. A great selection of wines , beer and cheese as well. No discount card needed to shop at Publix as they always give you their best price. Hope you enjoy your visit to Publix.

This is my favorite store. Love the setup, variety, each staff welcomes with a smile and is most welcoming. I also love checking the cooking corner and getting inspiration to cook at home. Great team and experience! And the flowers at the entrance always make my day! What I also find useful is how things are arranged and appropriare rows are labeled. Very helpful.

The pharmacist is very helpful. He didn’t wait until I was looking for him, he just appeared next to me in the most natural way and helped replenish my emergency kit with options up to my budget!

Appreciate such a corporate culture. Be it a manager or an employee they all seem to operate in the same spirit. Often you’d see their manager helping associates and if there is no staff member, someone would be there to help out.

The staff always so attentive and that service with helping get the cart to the car, even in rainy or cold weather, is so special!

We absolutely adore “this” Publix store! The staff members are incredibly friendly and courteous. Even though we have other grocery stores near our house, we willingly drive 15 minutes just to shop at this particular location. We highly recommend it, and we sincerely hope the store manager continues to excel in their role, maintaining the outstanding customer care they provide. The level of service and the training they offer are truly commendable. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority here!

* Please like our reviews. * Wheelchair accessible. They have push chairs and electric available. There are also some car seat baby carrier carts as well as the fasten chairs for moms with babes with an easy seat. There is only 1 available *(see photo) so you may want to call ahead to see if it is available.
This store was awesome. Cleaaannnnn. Courteous service. To go from Walmart to this shop was like I had died and gone to grocery shopping heaven. There were plenty of circulars with sales announcements at the door, some carts had cup holders! There was free fruit available for kids. If that does not suffice, they are able to receive a bakery cookie. Staff was extremely helpful and available at every turn. This store is much less crowded than Walmart so it makes if perfect for elderly shopping amidst COVID. There is also a plaza of shops which include a Dollar Tree and a few nicer restaurants. The parking has shaded spots as well.
There are 4 or 5 self checkout options. If you use digital coups or paper coupons, go through the cashier lines. Self-checkouts are not fun to work with if things go south on coupon deals.
Don't forget to swing by the deli and get an infamous Publix fried chicken family meal!! Cut mom some slack and give her a break. *^^*

Being a Floridian ... Great experience to find my favorite supermarket in NC . As always Great people and GREAT products and produce too.

That great Publix experience, but in NC! Publix doesn't enjoy the same cult-like following outside of FL (except among FL transplants) but they are actively working to improve that.

Millpond Family Dental is a wonderful practice. The staff is very friendly and they seem to know how to get you in and out quickly! They get an A+

So you do pay more at a publix. That being said; everyone is so helpful and friendly. Plus, the piles of fruit real get me.
