Returned shoes for larger size. Had to special order. Arrived in mail the next day.!

Good prices, clean store, nice staff.

The ladies there were outstanding. Found a shoe I like in my size, but the matching one was not on display or in the box. They searched until they found the other shoe. They are awesome!!

Bought a pair of Chuck Taylor's. Nice selection of men's shoes. Sidney was awesome, very knowledgeable on product selection and quantity. I don't have anyone to bounce ideas off of when it comes to apparel, so she made sure I didn't look stupid lol. If she was single I would asked for her number lol.

I absolutely love the " manager," I believe is who always helps us!

Famous footwear carries the extra wide sizes I need. Few places do these days. Staff was helpful but not intrusive. Found my new sneakers!

This place has a huge selection and very clean organized store. They have great customer service I was greeted and she asked what I was lookin for as soon as soon as I walked in. I'm really picky in buying shoes but I found a really comfortable pair in wide width at a great price.

The gals working there are so easy going and they joke with you...very good spirited especially the one with the fire red hair. She was truly a pleasure to deal with..definitely be going back....if nothing else stop by for a laugh!!!

I love the ladies who work at this store. They are so nice and helpful, even with returns. The shoes at Famous Footwear may cost a little more but they have awesome sales and the shoes hold up, unlike cheap internet knock off shoes.

Got my son the cutest little cowboy boots on clearance for $12. He absolutely loves them (as do I) he's been wearing the boots for months and they're still look brand new. Great quality shoes for decent prices

I just went to Famous Footwear to buy a new pair of shoes. So I went up to the counter to purchase the shoes and I'm a member of the rewards program which means basically every time I buy a pair of shoes they add points on it. I got my shoes for absolutely free because I had enough Rewards to get the shoes at no cost to me. They were originally 55 bucks!

It seems I can always find something I love . But this time not only did I find a few good deals along with may shoes I really liked I found that one pair that I cant live without and had to add the my shoe collection and the best part was they had my size and they were on clearance I has to say I was very excited and cant wait to wear them.

Great experience-great selection. I had spent the evening going from store to store trying to find a comfortable cross training shoe for my cross fit class. The gal working was incredibly helpful.
