Not sure where all the negative reviews come from! This is my favorite store in the Woodland Hills mall. The girls at the register are always so kind and compliment me almost every time I’m in there! I shop there all the time, I get that there’s inconveniences (fitting room closing early, out of stock in sizes, etc what the other reviews say) but it’s just normal stuff that comes along with shopping in a retail store. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you, staff and clothes are both great in my opinion

Best place to look for inner wear and comfortable clothes.I have been to many stores like Victoria secret,Dillards etc ,but nothing matches H&M .The best options for all women out there who are looking for best,affordable,comfortable clothes .

All staff is very helpful and sexy. This is the best h&m I have ever been to. The best associates are the asian guy , and the short brunette with a Wisconsin accent. Go shop here!

Seems like every other H & M I’ve been to. It was pretty organized-or at least what you can expect from a busy store on a Saturday! I talked with several staff members-all were very nice! Guy at register was very helpful with the lone, unmarked shirt I wanted and the men’s department was very organized. Fitting rooms were clean… My only complaint is they were out of a lot of things in my size. Still managed to find a few things though.

I absolutely hate giving low reviews. I really try to be understanding. I do. My first experience in the store was not good. The staff was not very kind during my visit (on the floor and at the cash register). I have to give it an extra star because the clothes are pretty cool. In conclusion, I would rather order online like I normally do. I wanted my visit to go well, but maybe I will try back next spring or something.

Fashion is ok if you are looking for something fast but the inventory for men is low and the employees are not very helpful
