Assistant manager Brandon was amazing! I came in with battery issues. Brandon and his associate, peter, looked at my battery and it was badly leaking acid. Brandon offered to replace the battery and even help temporarily fix the battery holder that was also broken. He was super helpful, friendly, and did everything in his ability to help me.

I went to the south store to buy 2 55 gallon drums of windshield washer fluid to load my tractor tires for ballast. Employee Todd was very helpful and ordered the drums for me. He called me 3 different times updating me on the status of the order and when to come to the store to pick the drums up. Another employee helped load the 450lb barrels into my trailer which was much appreciated. It's refreshing to see helpful and professional employees in this day and age. I definitely will be taking my business there from now on.

Brandon and Lewis at the south Rochester store are both AMAZING at what they do. If I have a question while I’m there they both do a great job answering my question and helping me solve my vehicle problems! THEY NEED A RAISE!

I don’t go here often. I usually go to the north stores, but whenever they fail to have what I need this store always comes through. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, the assistant manager Taylor knows his stuff and is a great source of advice.

Both the North and South stores were very helpful when my daughter broke down 300 miles from home. Victoria was particularly great. Everyone was professional and very helpful, as opposed to both Auto Zone and Advance Auto. It really made me consider my choices here at home, as I will definitely make an effort to shop at O'Reilly's instead of the other chains.

Very helpful staff. Just needed a light bulb for the brakes. The staff guy looked it up and had me in and out of the store in minutes. Awesome!

Great customer service. Had a bad battery, they tested it, pulled it out, and installed a new one in 20 minutes. All in the pouring rain!
