I have never purchased anything from Journey before this day a few months back and I was very happy with the whole experience. I was buying shoes for my girlfriend and she was happy to finally find the UGG slipper that all the other stores were sold out of. The staff was super helpful and funny with helping out my girlfriend as well as cracking a few jokes at me that make the whole experience even better! I definitely will be returning here in the future when shopping in the Atlantic Station area for shoes.

The staff was friendly and helpful- even offered me options when I didn't ask. I also made a mistake in bringing back two left shoes, and they shipped the missing pair and paid for me to ship the one I accidentally brought back. Super helpful and giving of their time. Thank you!
