AT&T Store

The associates and the managers here are all welcoming and knowleageable with the accessories and the phone features. I have Alex, Sandra and Karam assisted me from my trade-in down to the latest accessories of the Iphone15 and gave me a good deal on it. I also bought the AT&T screen protector where I have it lifetime warranty. :)

I also decided to upgrade my Airpods Pro in this store. All in all my experience was superb. I recommend this store since its also adjacent to a coffee shop.

One of my friends was looking at a new phone replacement and the staff were helpful Cayla was awesome and knowledgeable with her job! Found the right one 😁 recommend going if you are there and need anything.

This is my home store has been for years. I added an additional line set up an account. The associate was very helpful as well as the supervisor when needed.

I went in for a new phone set up (replacing my cracked phone) and I was greeted and helped within seconds! The nicest man, Mr. B (Mr. Burnett) quickly came to assist me. He explained everything that needed to happen in order to switch my old phone —> to new phone while he did it all for me! He answered all my questions and even helped me with picking out a new screen protector for a discounted price. He helped me prepare everything for my old device, all I had to do was drop it off. Seriously it couldn’t get easier than that! I came by the store later that evening to pick up the screen protector and he stayed with me even after his shift was over to patiently put the screen protector on for me. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with AT&T all thanks to Mr. B :)

Love the Atlantic Station AT&T store, Mr. B helped me get my phone up and running - easy speezy!!

I came to the Atlantic Station location today to trade in my phone for the 14 Pro Max and was immediately greeted and serviced. Luckily I went here because it was the last phone in stock. The associate was professional, helpful and informative on the process of my trade in, as well as picking out the right accessories. Definitely glad that I went to this location.

I attended the Atlantic Station location AT&T and to receive a new phone and also activate a new phone line. I was helped by Ashton and Jaci and they were both extremely professional and helpful. I was in and out in a very timely matter , and they provided their expertise to help me get the best deals and products. Exceptional experience with these two today. I will be returning to AT&T for all my cellular needs.

The associate Burnett was *extremely helpful*. I needed to get a replacement SIM card but encountered tedious issues. Burnett patiently worked everything out for me from 11 am to 6:30 pm to get it sorted out. It was the best customer service I have ever had. Nothing comes close.

Aileen and all of her employees are the best. 10/10 will go back to be helped by them!

This store is full of such kind associates who really take the time to answer all my questions. Jamie helped me transfer my service from Verizon and get me set up for my iphone. I’m so stoked for my new phone and internet! He helped me get the best savings and walked me through the whole process. And the manager Ashton was also super helpful as well. Def trusting this store as my go-to phone/internet place. Shoutout to the store manager Leon too! They’re all so kind! Thanks y’all!

Darius was so informative and helpful. He saved me so much money on my monthly payment and helped me switch from T-Mobile and Samsung. Will definitely be back in the future 🙌🏾

I am not sure we’re to start so I’ll start here, Outstanding customer service! What a wonderful experience I had at the AT&T store in Atlantic Station. Xavier without a doubt is the best AT&T rep that I have ever dealt with “his knowledge” of the products and plans are down right amazing. If you’re in need of a new phone please go and see Xavier at the Atlantic Station AT&T corporate store unbelievable service.

Mr. B at the Atlantic Station location made my visit easy and seamless! He was attentive to my requests, enthusiastic about helping me, and was very kind from start to finish. I went to this store today to upgrade my cell phone and I had the best experience I've ever had at an AT&T store. Every person on staff I spoke with was extremely nice, helpful, patient, and funny. I read reviews of this place before I went and I could not disagree more. My upgrade took a while and it was an entirely pleasant experience. I even spoke with 3 different managers that checked regularly to ensure I had the most information and an expeditious reception of what I needed. I'm not sure what this store may have been like in the past, but it is currently a 5 star excellent customer experience.

I am SHOCKED at how great my experience was with this store and with AT&T for my current situation. Truly the best customer service I've had in a long long time, and probably the best EVER from a massive utility-type service corporation.

I needed to get a replacement SIM card so I could use an old phone while my newer phone is being repaired by the manufacturer. The SIM cards were two different sizes and my old one could not be reactivated online.

I was worried, because I went to this store a year ago for a new SIM card for my (now dead) phone I had purchased from Amazon and the store rep told me they did not issue SIM cards, despite the fact that an online rep had told me they would. The store rep I spoke with back then was not helpful and did not explain the policy, if this was indeed a corporate policy.

This time was totally different. Jordan M. approached me as soon as I entered the store and asked what I needed. I explained the situation and we sat at a table and he went to work right away. He was polite, professional (but friendly), very efficient, answered all my questions, and made sure that the phone was connecting to the network before I left. I was in and out in less than 7-8 minutes.

The whole retail process with the tablets and the new account verification with the drivers license scanning was very efficient. I was happy not to have any issues being only an authorized user and not the primary account holder, particularly since that account holder lives 2 states away.

Although a part of why this experience yesterday was so much better than last year is likely due to a change in corporate policy regarding issuing replacement SIM cards, it was mainly Jordan that made it great.

I know this review sounds over the top, but I was expecting a typical terrible experience and this was probably the best experience I've ever had with a "utility"-type service provider and Jordan is one of the best retail or customer service reps I've encountered anywhere! He even held the door for me on my way out. Give that guy a raise!

Xavier Watt was very efficient and knowledgeable of the products and services that AT&T has to offer. He also was not only able resolve my issue, but did it expeditiously. Especially the part he could. He was able to not the part that his manager had to override. She wasn't in the office. He is definitely an outstanding rep! Keep up the great work Xavier. I smashed my phone yesterday and had to come by the store to purchase a new one. Monesha helped me out, and she was awesome! Seriously, I can't say enough good stuff about her. She helped me pick out the phone that was right for me, and she took the time to explain all my options but she never made me feel like she was pressuring me or pushing me to upgrade or buy something I didn't need. All around professional! Honestly she needs to be promoted because she was that good!

I had a great experience yesterday at this store. All of the sales employees were very friendly. Mine in particular (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was friendly, efficient and made sure to help me get exactly what I wanted. I was in and out in about a half hour. Will definitely be using this store for all of my cell phone/internet needs!

Mr. Burnett was absolutely amazing. After experiencing bad service with our previous phone company and no help from one of the other ATT stores, Mr. Burnett came in and had my girlfriend and I 2 new phones with service in amazing time. Will definitely recommend anyone to come to him if your at the Atlantic Station location!

I had a great experience at the Atlantic Station store in Atlanta! Mr. B was amazing at helping me with everything I needed. He was very patient with me. Great guy and I’m coming back!
