The manager Tyler was so helpful with finding me what i was looking for not to mention gave me some insightful tips on how to do the task. The store is clean and well organized, I will be back.

The parking is a little cramped, but not awful. There are usually spaces available close by. The store is always clean and the staff is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The selection is decent for being smaller than a usual autozone. I would suggest this autozone if you live close by.

Zabryna is extremely helpful giving advice on & locating best value product for me & referring me to nearby location that can test my existing part to determine if it is broken.

This particular day was a rough day for me that got even worse, but the kindness and help shown by the manager was something that will stand out in my mind as a lasting memory. This AutoZone will definitely have my business in the future and I recommend others shop here, too. The manager had a warm personality, showed compassion, and understanding for my situation.

When I went to get new wipers, your entire staff at this store were more than helpful in getting me the wiper blades as well as checking my battery and installing a new one with no complaints. Hats off to the crew there, they are doing a great job!!!!!!!

This is my neighborhood place to go. Jessica was great, she got my battery tested, new battery and oil change supplies and I was out the door. Great to see someone who has integrity for the job and customer to be 100% completed. No wonder she's an assistant manager...Good for you, and great job Jessica.

Mugabi at UP autozone was amazing! I was super stressed out and extremely busy the last few days. The perfect time of year for my battery die. Mugabi relieved so much stress by answering all of my never ending questions and making sure I was just getting what I needed. I felt like I was very well taken care of. Thank you!!

My mom's car battery kept dying so we went in to have it checked. The store manager was super helpful and helped us change the battery even though the clamp was very corroded and stuck to the old terminal. We ended up having to buy a new clamp but it finally got changed out!

I recently came into autozone in need of a headlight and Mugabi who works there helped me not only find but also go above and install the headlight. Mugabi made everything easy and some of the best customer service I’ve had thank you!

Bought some wiper blades for a new car. Despite having replaced wiper blades many times on other cars, I was not able to get one of the two to fit. The salesperson happily processed my return and let me try a different brand on the spot, which fit perfectly. Great customer service.

Didn't go in for some complicated thing - in fact it was an extremely simple thing - buying new windshield wipers. I left with new wipers, not in hand, but actually installed, without me even asking!

Rodric was SUPER helpful!! Didn’t rush me in anyway, he helped me find the exact headlight I needed and helped me change it! It’s NEVER been changed before since I’ve owned my car and it was a challenge. Rodric made sure he wouldn’t let me leave til that headlight was changed. He is very patient and deserves a raise!! Auto zone do NOT let go of him! 👏🏼👏🏼 Super happy with my service 😃

I been coming to this specific AutoZone for the last 2 months and I feel like I'm at home. Matt, Andrew, and Roderick are not just doing their job they are making our lives easier by doing what they can to help us. I don't consider them employees they're family. If you want the best customer service you definitely should come to this AutoZone (26th & Bridgeport).
