Great Home Depot experience. They have everything you need in regards to home decor, building, gardening, pretty much anything to do with your house you can find it here. The line was long at the end, yet they had it moving very quickly and I was able to check out in a timely fashion. They are very organized and have everything placed correctly in the aisles and base. I was very impressed and I would recommend this location!

Bonnie Russel at store #6570 was the most helpful any Home Depot employee has ever been in my experience! Amazing customer service due to her tact, knowledge, and reasonableness.

Great Home Depot experience! My refrigerator stopped working on Christmas Eve so I went to Home Depot to purchase a small refrigerator for my garage that I could bring home that day. It was already afternoon and since it was Christmas Eve the store was closing early but that did not stop me from getting excellent customer service! Thank you Sam, Keyry, Moses, and Christian for going over and above to help me out!

They offer lots of help through the self-checkout line. The prices are not bad for larger quantities of an item

Went to this Home Depot to get some wood to build a coffe table. I had absolutely no idea what type of wood I needed but Travis helped me through every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable of all the products I needed and recommended some other things I should get. He was very patient with me trying to figure out what I needed. He even cut all the wood for me. The customer service I received from him was top tier. Will continue to come back to this store.

i keep coming back to this particular home depot because of the store representatives. they have consistently been helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. i get that everybody's experience differs--can't speak for them--but i go out of my way to go to this home depot. thank you, specifically to juan and nelly.

I visited this location to have a sheet of plywood cut. Nobody was by the cutting station. I looked around and came upon two guys. I asked for their help! He was so patient with me and helped in the process. Thank you for your help! Please keep being nice to customers.

I came here to get my locks on my new house re-keyed. Although the main guy who does that wasn't in, Neil (I hope I remembered your name correctly) in rentals offered to get it done for me. He was fast and very personable. I truly appreciated his help in getting that done for me. Everyone that I have encountered here has been extremely friendly and helpful with anything. I will keep coming back here for all of my home improvement needs and recommend them to everyone.

This man’s kindness and willingness to help goes beyond an ordinary employee. He had so many customers come up to him and ask him questions, and he attended each one with respect and efficiency. He made my shopping experience quick and easy. God bless him and his family!

An amazing store. This store cares for the children in their community. Thank you Mr. Chavez and Mr. Quiños for donating so many pumpkins to our Roosevelt elementary school pumkin patch.

I have been to this location 5-6x since the pandemic started and have been consistently impressed with how quickly the store adjusted and remained at the top of their game. The social distancing lines were organized well and the plexiglass protectors for their employees were up nearly right away.

That being said, the service is excellent as always at Home Depot. I have purchase several items online and in the store without any issues at all. The pickup in store has been quick and easy. I went in to return an item, pickup an online order, and buy one additional item. After making my return and giving my info for my online pickup, I went to grab the one item (Ryobi backpack blower - go buy one, you won’t regret it) I forgot to buy online. I could not find the blower, and an employee busy with something else saw me and asked if he could help me find something. After telling him, he told me the exact location of the backpack blower and I was well on my way. Another employee met me at the register with my items from the online pickup and I quickly checked out and left. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was treated well and had a good experience.

Needed to rent a chainsaw to help remove the debris in my yard. Robert was very helpful, he gave me clear instructions on how to use it and even recommended some videos to watch at home for more detailed instructions. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

1st visit to this location on 07-28-21. Store was well stocked, cleaned, and organized. Only location (Ella store Hwy.610) I found that had a Rubbermaid 50gal. outdoor trashcan on wheels with an attached lid, in and out in a flash. Came in to get a piece of plywood. There are lots of different options as far as texture, widths and sizes. The staff was very helpful and we did not have to stand around waiting for someone to come assist with what we needed. Also found cute home decor pieces while shopping around.
