Kroger

I went to pay my bills today at this location and you can tell we in a more nicer area. They are selling beautiful Christmas trees and some of the pine needles left a trail which are very slippery right at the front door. They have the most on time clean up man that came just as fast as I seen it he already had a whole mini street sweeper to clean it up I was impressed by how fast it was taken care of. That could've been a disaster but thanks to the amazing staff it wasn't a problem. As I was watching the man clean up the mess the lady at the customer service desk was having an issue with 2 customers. I don't think that it's appropriate it ask anyone for their ID if using a debit card that requires a 4 digit pin that is something that is stupid. But either way there was some sort of miscommunication between this lady and those customers prior to today so he was warning me about her service. I made the conclusion that the lady Victoria is a good worker with a calm friendly personality. She took care of my bills just fine even though she had just been yelled at in front of a room full of people. She maintained her voice level throughout the entire incident which I would not have been able to do that. The bill payment part was fast .The manager came over to speak with her about that happened and they maintained professional behavior. There was a worker who overheard the commotion and came to assist incase it escalated. He maintained his professionalism while still letting the 2 customers know don't be cursing at the workers. It was taken care of very well and I appreciate it because I was in a hurry. This location has some very good employees and Kroger really should be proud of that. They had cashier's ready and waiting to take customers. I already did my grocery shopping here before and they have a great Deli department and bakery. Definitely I will do my shopping and bill pay here. It feels like they actually care about people at this location.

Found this store by coincidence. This has to be the friendliness grocery store. I was looking for a seasonal drink and Timothy went way above and beyond helping me to locate it. Even at different stores. I was literally greeted by 3 different employees. Sound silly but this makes a difference. Keep doing a great job, your smile goes a long way. Thank you for everything you do.

Good sale! I am not a big fan of the digital coupons though. That never used to be. Our elderly not able to do all of that and they need the 10% rought back. Big company making big profits, you can make that change.

My go to Kroger for everything, I just can’t stand people outside parked their cars and start walking around asking for money. Then they give attitudes and just creates a bad environment. Wish they’d do something about them. Overall great customer service and employees.

I always have a good experience inside this Kroger except for the deli man who is always in a bad mood.

I ALWAYS have a good experience in this store. As of late, I’ve been using click list. People ask me how my experience is with click list regarding produce. I’ve never had an issue with produce I’ve received via click list at this location. Yesterday, I ordered a watermelon and didn’t have great expectations because I’m awful at picking them out. Y’all it’s literally the best I’ve eaten. I called today and found out Maria is who completed my order. Maria, stellar job! Thank you!

I love my neighborhood Krogers! I come here a lot and the employees are very hard workers! I’ve never had issues coming here and the times that I’ve needed help, the employees come through. Thanks so much for all that you do.

Very small kroger. You pretty much find what you need.

I live in the neighborhood and have been shopping there for about 25 years. I love the small size and that it is a grocery store, not an everything store. I dont mind going elsewhere for buying wine, cooking utensils, lawn furniture or nursery stock like the signature store sells. That store is overwhelming to some extent in my view. I love the neighborhood feel to the small Kroger. It's more personal and they have always started to stock any item I have requested, like whole grain corn meal. I know the layout of the store well which saves me time. I've never been disappointed in the personnel there. They are friendly, professional and always try to help. The very large Kroger feels impersonal, more commercial, not because of any act by any of its staff. It just feels like they try to sell everything. I hope Kroger never decides to close the smaller store.

Great location. Always neat and clean. Well stocked. Employees are pleasant and very helpful.
Eric and Jason are my favorite employees. Jason is always so nice and helpful and Eric bends over backwards for you and has an awesome personality. Priceless employees.

I was at this location on Saturday morning, last minute decision to get cupcakes for my daughter birthday, the Baker was nice enough to do 30 cupcakes at the last minute though they recommend a 24hr notice....I went to walk out the door and the cupcakes fell (all my fault) I didn't want to bother the Baker on redoing them and I insisted on savaging what I could, a young lady Patricia seen the whole thing and insisted that they remake them, though I didn't want to bother, she insisted and even followed me to my car, I thought this was so awesome, I had a very stressful day and she really helped me allot, I thought about the employees at the store over the weekend and had to express publicly how pleased I was with the staff all together. Thank you Kroger for the wonderful customer service and a special thank you to Patricia❤

There are two Kroger Signature stores not far from this "regular" Kroger. Yet, I give it five stars because the store has 95% of what I regularly need, is always clean, rarely has long check-out lines, and because it is a smaller store it is much, much easier to make my way through quickly.

Clean store with friendly staff.
Great produce.
Good flower selection.
Much calmer than the larger Kroger at 11th.
Limited natural selection.
No deli or seafood counters.
No beer and wine.

When I’m here in the morning or afternoon the lady that works at self check out. She is the sweetest. My son loves to speak to her when we come in. She is always smiling.

Been shopping at Kroger for decades now

I stopped by here because I was in the area. This Kroger is smaller than the ones I usually go to but I was able to find everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
