I needed to go and pick up some new top soil for succulents in particular for my Aloe plants George and Georgette.

Upon the recommendation of a friendly associate, I picked up a bag of miracle grow.

My lady and I had to do a lot of work on George and Georgette as they not only needed fresh soil, but George had some rot on his roots.

After some anxious moments with George, he was repotted with fresh soil and is doing very well.

Georgette or G2 is only a baby, having been the offspring of a dying Original Georgette, and is doing well.

Great friendly customer service in the gardening area and an excellent job by the associate who helped me.

I love the store my wife and I go there all the time for all of our home. Innovation needs and all of my side job honey do this needs

Excellent merchandise presentation with minimal out of stocks. When visited on a Sunday afternoon, store was well staffed. Associates were friendly and helpful.

As a veteran of the U.S. Army, I appreciate the two parking spaces that are reserved for veterans

Clean store, tons of inventory, friendly staff, and no problems when shopping here. They have a huge garden center, tons of home refurbishing items, and basically anything you could ever possibly need in regards to home improvement. Give them a chance if you’re in the area or close, chances are they have what you’re looking for.

Ms. DESIREE at the Pro desk is the best. She has really helped out with my contractors and I during the rebuild of my burned house. Always kind and willing to help and direct. The employees are the best part of a business, and they have a great one in her.

We found our three items with relative ease, and the one person who helped us was very knowledgeable. The Lowe's employee made recommendations on different product tape choices. I'll go back when I have more time as this is a great location to find what you need.

Much appreciation to John and Ken for the conversation, and to John for his knowledge. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the other gentleman that assisted me in finding someone (John) that could help me find the item I was looking for. This gentleman found me roaming the store getting frustrated at not being able to find what I was looking for. All of the staff that I came in contact with were fantastic. I do look forward to shopping at this Lowe's location again.

Stopped here to pick up some stain for my project. The store associate was very helpful. There was only one sample left from the stain I wanted, he had to climb up to get it.

I shop here weekly because I'm constantly painting, building, and adding new sets to my photography studios. Lowes is definitely my favorite place to shop.

All I can say is Awesomeness! Woman in Customer service tonight 6-26-2023 at closing time didn't push me out and say go home and do it on your computer. She went out above the call of duty and helped me with setting up my account for my military discount. Respectful, courteous, a real pleasure to talk to. I am sorry I didn't catch your name but if you read this you will know you are the one I am talking about. Got the job done right the first time. Customer Service Reps like you is what makes coming back to this location easy.

The store is always well organized, well staffed, and the prices are better than the orange knock off

Hosea is the man!!! He was so helpful and made sure I got everything I needed! He needs to be the person who creates the lessons on how all employees should treat customers.

On the other hand the customer service desk employees and their manager were absolutely awful they cancelled my order even though it said I could get a replacement online. They customer service staff was rude and dismissive, Hosea would be a better manager at this location then the current one.

LOWES, it's the place to go when you need anything for your home. Only Bad thing that I have to say about the store is the check out.. You enter on 1 end & too check out it's on thev other end..

Always a great experience. I've been here almost 10times in 2 months. Each time, someone comes along to help. Or if I ask for help the employees are super knowledgeable of the store and products. My last visit I was following directions from a youtube video and the employee gave me a different (better) suggestion. They spoke with confidence & saved me money. What I purchased worked perfectly. In my previous visits I was similarly helped when it came to a diy sink repair I was invested in. Both the employee in that area and the cashier were super supportive in ensuring I got the best quality materials.

I placed a pickup order online today and prior to my arrival I called to see when my order would be ready. I spoke with Ralph Holiday and he was extremely polite. He let me know my order was not yet ready, however, if I was on my way he would fulfill my order and have it ready when I arrived. Houston traffic is tough and I wanted to pick my order up on my way home, so I was extremely grateful for his accommodation. I’m happy to have chosen this location, great customer service is difficult to find these days. Thanks again Ralph! 5++ Stars!!

Customer service here is awesome. I was in and out and didn't have to search for anything. Prices are definitely better than competitors 😁.

Dion in flooring was very helpful and friendly. Helped us give options of what I was looking for and walked us to the aisles for tile and grout. Helped my handyman put the cases of tile on our cart. Thanks for the muscle, Dion!!

Other competitor store workers were so unhelpful and did not bring someone to help us as they said they would. So annoying.
