The guy that usually waits on me is so nice and always gets my order right. I went through the drive thru and even went inside this location. The workers are friendly to everyone & are always busy. The drive thru line doesn't take long at all. I absolutely love their Brown sugar oat milk shaken Expresso with a extra pump of caffeine. They have delicious brownies that I love so much. I appreciate the worker who always waits on me because it does make a difference when the workers are nice. I would pick this location over the other ones near here even though they are all pretty good.

I just came here and the drive through line was out to the highway so extremely long as the wait was. However, there was a lady who came out and walked car to car offering samples so that was a nice touch. I declined but still a nice offering. I ordered a large chocolate mint frappe and it tastes great. The cashier was helpful and friendly. She was able to do a multi form of payment for me, one being a gift card so that's good. Overall, there's a wait but it's still good!

Come here almost everyday for my usual and its perfect every time! Tanya and Charles are my favorite baristas! They are so friendly and helpful every time and they really pay attention to your order to make sure it's correct <3 love going there!

I went to Starbucks on Sunday morning just to get out of the house for awhile just for the feel of the Starbucks coffee and just to check out the place.It was very nice the vibe was good inside. A lot of people were coming in and out with their children and their families.

So I see a lot of people really love Starbucks coffe. Who would have guessed That was said with a bit of sarcasm. coffee some people did I witnessed people coming in to just hang out and drink their coffee for a little while.

I saw many many faces of the employees. I ordered a drink I ordered what I always order. Which is the green tea frappuccino but for some some reason they kind of messed up on my order and gave me the chai tea frappuccino. I ordered it skinny also. They messed up so they fixed my order very quickly and gave me the correct item. Which is what I did order. I enjoyed it a great bit.
I did get a few extra items.
I got a Benito bowl or a protein bowl something like that. I felt the need to stay for a while longer they were playing Christmas music inside.
It was kind of cold outside so I did explore the outdoor seating but it was a little bit to cold for me so I just went and got back in my car.
Overall I enjoyed this location.

I would love to return in the near future.

This location is very roomy and welcoming. My drinks were made pretty quickly and were accurate. Conveniently located and plenty of parking. Outside sitting area is cute.

This location has been since opening very professional and friendly honestly there's nothing else to say about them they're all amazing there....Maybe have you tried these blueberry muffins? They're great!

This is the best Starbuck I have ever been to. Everyone knows you by name and are always smiling and wishing you a good day. I have such a great experience here that I come daily for an afternoon coffee. I wish I also knew the baristas by name because they are all so delightful and personable.

Conveniently located next to Gabby's BBQ with plenty of parking room. The drive thru moves fast if it's not lunch hour. They have great pastry selections and the staff is super friendly! Visit this location when you're in the area.

Today in the drive through a girl gave me 2 free drinks on top of my free pastry I got with my birthday reward. by far the best service i’ve had at starbucks.

One of the greatest and efficient Starbucks stores in Houston and with the fastest drive thru. In line with 13 cars deep at about 9am and left with 5 items in about 20 min.

After being informed by Google Maps, that I had been to this, another nother Starbuck's, I am straining to remember which Starbuck's this is and whether it was good or not. Maybe that's an important thing to know about this Starbuck's: that it's hard to remember which Starbuck's this is. Yeah. If you ever want to go to a Starbuck's but need to forget which Starbuck's it was (for whatever reason) I highly recommend this one. In terms of the drinks, I had a tall coffee with a splash of coconut milk, I know that much because I only get that. There was only one time that I was badly scalded by that order, so it is statistically likely that you will be safe here

Even with how busy they were, both drive thru and cafe, I got both of my drinks very quickly! Although there was a slight error with one of them (it’s completely fine, we’re human, and I myself have made the same mistake before) the barista fixed it quickly, was very kind about it, and otherwise the drinks were both perfect. The staff also handles the noise and muffled voices from masks well, and I know how frustrating that can be in a customer service environment these days.

Great staff, fast service, and the store is clean and beautiful as always. I’m glad to have this location near my neighborhood because they always provide a lovely experience.

They always provide me with excellent service. They are one of the better locations hands down.

UPDATE: Came by today 11/17/2022 and this location was extremely packed because of "THE RED CUP"... lol. I have to say that ALL the employees at this location had everything under control and worked very hard as a team and never lost their great spirit and professionalism to fulfill all of those orders placed online and in store. I applaud all of these employees for knowing how to work under extreme pressure and always maintaining a great smile and great attitudes. You all did a fantastic job and deserve to be recognized.

Came by this evening and ordered 3 vanilla bean frapps and 1 small decaf caramel mach with almond milk. This Starbucks on Durham and 610 is very good and fast. They value the customer and they are very professional. I received my whole order just like I ordered it. Overall I just loved the way how respectful and well mannered the employees where and also how well they worked as a team. They also wore the proper PPE to keep the customers safe and to keep themselves safe. I highly recommend this location.

This location is one of my FAVES in Houston. I want thank Mallory and the ENTIRE staff for making my mornings and afternoons! I walk in and I'm always greeted with a smile and BEST of all COFFEE! My MOTTO is always be KIND you simply never know what the next person is going through and I appreciate the KINDNESS always shown here. Thank you for GREAT service!

Have to preface that I was having the worst start to my day and decided to make a stop here for a banana nut loaf while on this side of town. The drive thru barista was so kind, not only did they hook me up with a piece of banana bread they gave me such a sweet compliment that changed my whole mood for the day. I think their name was river ! Thank you so much for being so kind!
