Shonda was funny. Much needed laugh after traveling 13+ hours. Loved the coconut oolong tea with almond milk and natural sugar. Only $3! Any size.

Man we’ve literally had the worst experience at this airport, but Emilio at the Houston tx airport around 10:30 pm was the only good thing about this airport. He knew we were stranded and hadn’t eaten since about 8 am, he jumped into action and graciously helped us get some nourishment before we got too hangry. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and even came to make sure we didn’t need more snacks before he left for the night! This man needs a raise he was so kind and pleasant!

I am surprised to see that this place has such a low rating! It is very upbeat, bright and clean and the self checkout set up makes it easier to be socially-distanced.
I decided to leave a review because the Barista in terminal C, Chris S. was extremely welcoming and brought a great energy to the shop. It is clear that he takes pride in his job! There was no tip jar, so I am hoping this review will reach management so that he can be recognized for his hard work.

Ignore the bad ratings, this place is great and so is the coffee!

I am not an experienced traveler, and was dealing with a migraine and was pretty much brain dead by the time I walked into the store. One of the women came right over and talked with me and told me everything I should get to help with the nausea and made sure I got a big bottle of water, she also took the time to give me advice about routines I should get into before I fly. She was an angel, I will forever think about this place and her help when I travel from now on.

This location is fairly pricey, however their products are definitely higher end than most places nearby. I didn't have any problems checking out. The staff seemed friendly, but it is an airport. Things will cost more.

Houston Airport I was SO hungry. They had a very good, fresh Turkey Sandwich. Easy to check out on your own. 4 Stars as it was WAY to expensive but helped me out in a pinch.

Pricey, but very clean, organized, and eclectic convenience store located at Terminal B offering higher-end products ranging from gourmet totables, such as sandwiches, wraps, and burritos, non-GMO juices and coconut waters, hard-to-find Deep River non-GMO chips of various flavors (Zesty Jalapeno or Black Truffle, anyone) and Coconut-Banana chips and Caramel Toasted Colada Cashews - how on earth did I miss checking those out?? Oh, yeah, I had a plane to catch! I asked a friendly young male rep if there was a section of "made in Texas" products, and he took me a table at the center of the store that held unique gourmet items, such as cookies- Wackym's Kitchen Hatch Chile Cheese Nibbles or Butterscotch shortbread, made with barrel-aged scotch, anyone?- and Aunt Aggie De's Creamy Pecan Pralines, and even Jammit Jam gourmet jams made with natural cane sugar- another product I wished I'd noticed while at the store (and not while studying the photos I took). There were also gadgets, books, machines, and clothing to peruse through.

Bought a few edible souvenirs with the little time I had to spare. There were about six iPad self-checkout stations, as well as the main cashier, and many clerks nearby- so very convenient! Am looking forward to my next trip to Houston via IAH just so that I may visit Cibo Express again. Website states there are other store locations on terminals C and E.

Expensive but in an airport so not many choices available. I was happy to find a salmon salad, as a healthier option but service was super slow. So order ahead. They also have a good healthier selection of snacks to go.
