Shonda was funny. Much needed laugh after traveling 13+ hours. Loved the coconut oolong tea with almond milk and natural sugar. Only $3! Any size.

This location is fairly pricey, however their products are definitely higher end than most places nearby. I didn't have any problems checking out. The staff seemed friendly, but it is an airport. Things will cost more.

Pricey, but very clean, organized, and eclectic convenience store located at Terminal B offering higher-end products ranging from gourmet totables, such as sandwiches, wraps, and burritos, non-GMO juices and coconut waters, hard-to-find Deep River non-GMO chips of various flavors (Zesty Jalapeno or Black Truffle, anyone) and Coconut-Banana chips and Caramel Toasted Colada Cashews - how on earth did I miss checking those out?? Oh, yeah, I had a plane to catch! I asked a friendly young male rep if there was a section of "made in Texas" products, and he took me a table at the center of the store that held unique gourmet items, such as cookies- Wackym's Kitchen Hatch Chile Cheese Nibbles or Butterscotch shortbread, made with barrel-aged scotch, anyone?- and Aunt Aggie De's Creamy Pecan Pralines, and even Jammit Jam gourmet jams made with natural cane sugar- another product I wished I'd noticed while at the store (and not while studying the photos I took). There were also gadgets, books, machines, and clothing to peruse through.

Bought a few edible souvenirs with the little time I had to spare. There were about six iPad self-checkout stations, as well as the main cashier, and many clerks nearby- so very convenient! Am looking forward to my next trip to Houston via IAH just so that I may visit Cibo Express again. Website states there are other store locations on terminals C and E.

Expensive but in an airport so not many choices available. I was happy to find a salmon salad, as a healthier option but service was super slow. So order ahead. They also have a good healthier selection of snacks to go.

A standard airport snack bar. Get your magazine, paper, snack, drink and more. It's a standard quick in and quick out. These are located in many locations throughout the terminals.

The staff seem to absolutely hate their life. Very disgruntled and crass. Maybe they need a break, some customer service classes or a balloon to raise their spirits.

Absolutely amazing! Fifteen dollars for a sandwich. I walk up to the counter to grudgingly pay for this item because I’ve been flying all day and was hungry as hell and the young person behind the counter (who was doing absolutely nothing at the time) points out the self check out computer. I go over and for some reason my credit card isn’t working in the machine. They say there is one on the other side you can use. I left the food and walked out. How freaking lazy are these people? The store was empty. Crazy!

Terrible dining experience. They are slow, use dirty dishes and half their machines don't work. When I told the server his credit card reader didn't work, he told me to switch seats and re-order. I wish I would have glanced at reviews prior to eating here.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. The employees are lazy, incompetent, and are liars. They couldn't even provide a paper receipt when asked. I asked for my money back, and they couldn't even do that. The cashier and their boss both need to be fired immediately. The cashier even chuckled after I walked away. The drinks in the cooler weren't even cold. This place deserves the highest POS rating.

This needs to be manned. I am not trained on your equipment nor do I work for free. How many people work during the course of an hour?? Went to Natalie’s in lieu. They have real employees.

The self checkout terminal is riddled with problems. Once you start a transaction, you cannot stop it even if you make a mistake, you cannot go back there’s no other way to correct it you’re stuck and there’s nobody to help you.

I told the guy who ring my food that I just want the panini without Bacon and he rings my food with bacon, then the cook lady made way worse kept asking me the same question about the bacon and she finally put it, and made another one without cheese. I didn't get my drink at All. I know it's employee meal but still I paid for.

Worst experience at any airport till now. Just wanted to buy a bottle of water and asked for a printed receipt. The lady started showing attitude, saying I have to complete the transaction and enter my email. I wanted to cancel but she won't let me. Adked her to call somebody for help; she just turned around and walked away.
