I like AutoZone and when I’m helped by people that know their job.

I got the alternator, mine quit when my car reached 192000. Which lasted beyond the estimated time. Autozone offered a warranty life to the new alternator. Which means as long as I have the car. Usually an alternator is estimated to last for 100000 to 150000.
I have noticed a review to this product, not so good. I have more than a week, the alternator still works. Accordingly to the warranty, I don’t have to worry. 😉

The best part is, that the alternator on my car is an easy access.😉 But I know for some is a pain.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Had a young man help me named Shane. He went above and beyond for me. Thank you Shane !😊

Always have what I need and they are always very helpful if I have a question

This is for the store 4194 specifically, I drive further than 3 other places because of specialists like Chas and the other crew here. They really know their system and have made sure to get me the right items on multiple occasions. Thank you

Gentleman working the cashier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was also able to provide recommendations on fixing other issues I had questions on. I'm definitely making this location my go to spot every chance I'm able too.

These guys are the best ! They quick, knowledgeable and friendly, always greet you when you walk through the door. Everyone that works here is always super helpful when Ive come in. Thank you especially to Kevin who helped me with changing out the cover for my key fob. After purchase and replacement it wasn't quite working, he took the time out (literally 15 extra minutes) to work out the kinks and got it working for me! Extremely greatful bc I'm a single mom and those kinds of things would take me forever to figure out. Then today, Hannah helped me replace my windshield wipers, was a quick 5 min stop! You guys are the best !

Needed trailer parts. Wish i had gone here first, would have saved time and money. The guy at the counter was an ace!! Knew everything i needed about my issue and had me on my way. Exemplary service and good part stock for my issue.

The staff are awesome in particular one person that stood out from the pack is Craig Profesional, Excellent Customer Service is rare this days to feel special shopping at retail stores. Thank you Auto Zone for having such person like Greg. His a step above the rest.

I’m so amazed on the excellent service I received in this store. I came from my work organizational day and it was raining but I had to stop by to get a break light replacement for my car after my co worker told me my break light is out.
I didn’t expect to get help right away and told they can replace it for me- that is so wonderful. Immediately
in less than 10 minutes from walking in to the store to installing my break light it was all done and I’m so glad I stop by in auto zone. Excellent service to your customers. Thank you so much to Cody, I really appreciate for helping without hesitation. More power to your work and keep up your good work.

When my husband and I got to this store with a battery that we had to pick up in Tacoma (because they were unfortunately out of stock) We had previously had a horrible experience with Bridgette the manager at the Tacoma store on South Tacoma Way. So we were frustrated and just ready to have our battery installed. I told him what we went through at the other store and he was incredibly sympathetic and was happy to do the install and even took off the install fee that I didn't even know about. The other manager Bridgette hadn't even told us what that fee was for and didn't offer to refund it because they didn't do the install. Troy was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I will be going to this store first time from now on! Thanks Troy!

The lady who helped us today was very nice and friendly even though you guys didn't have the battery in stock at this store she found the closest store that had it in stock and called them to have them hold it for us

I pulled in to this store early in the morning with an issue that I was directed by Adam at AutoZone in Covington told me my motor was shot and had to be replaced over. When Andrew from this store spotted the issue he was 100% correct and you could tell. Him, Lee, Cameron and a few other people were like being around family who knew cars and truly wanted to see it resolved. I would drive the 30 mile distance if possible to support this crew. This store has an amazing "pit crew" from start to finish. Thank you all so much..

Good staff here they’re always rubbing and willing to answer your questions to help you look up parts I have not asked them to help me with any installations recently however as a general AutoZone is usually pretty good about that as long as it’s not something that requires an unnecessary amount of work for them to help you with

Very nice staff. Without hesitation, Tracie the manager made a product upgrade to my benefit. Very refreshing that a corporate store still does the right thing for their customers. I’ll be shopping here again, thanks for the great service.

I had to return a battery that I didn't need. I didn't have the receipt. They used my phone number to look it up so I wasn't stuck with a battery I didn't need.
I only go to autozone. They are always friendly and kind. They do things like instal wiper blades at no additional cost and have always treated us well.

I went to pick up a part that was supposed to be there per their website. It wasn't. But that's not the employees fault. We had just left Meeker Days and my daughter was having a reaction to the face paint that she had gotten. They let us clean her up and had the part I needed shipped to my local store! Thanks love! You folks are Awesome!
