Brady is a great help in picking out phones and answering questions.

Badey was awesome. He had a difficult time with security who glad me as fraud - even though I was in the store - IN PERSON! I am from out of state and spent hours there since the AT&T since AT&T website was down. But when all is said and done - the staff at this office are awesome !!

The staff was amazing, professional, and terribly respectful of the non technical old woman. Most of my issues were fixed. The one the couldn’t, they provided options beyond a new phone. I love these guys.

Jay and Brady were great helping me with syncing a phone!! I just might get an upgrade even tho right now I’m with Verizon !!! Thanks again!!!

Exceptional service provided by the team. Transferred out service to AT&T wasn’t able to make calls but the representative was able to assist changed a few settings and we were good to go. Thank you so much

I just wanted to start by giving a big shoutout to one of the best customer experience deliveries I have ever received from a representative in store. I received that service from none other than THE Keenan. I went into the store to get my iPhone upgraded. I expected to get brushed off and to be spoken to poorly. Never in a MILLION $ years did I expect to have such a fun and educational experience. Keenan made sure he answered any question and even answered questions I didn’t know I had. He was so nice and patient and I would love to go back to experience the wonderful time I had at the AT&T I’m East Peoria.

Honestly, Brady is so amazing. The way he informed me about absolutely everything was just astonishing. I will forever be an AT&T customer because of him solely!

First time here spoke with a very nice rep, i apologize i forgot her name, i have dementia so please forgive me. We were interested on upgrading. She showed us the deal on the Samsung 9 buy 1 get 1 free. A little shy on funds but hope to go back one day and hope the deal still going or even something better.

Customer service at this location was outstanding. Angel was very knowledgeable about all products and services & had an answer for any questions I had for her, and trust me I had a lot lol Experience was a 10/10!!

I came in to get my first cellular modem with AT&T, the employee was very fast and knowledgeable. The only person running the store, and he outperformed the other stores with 5 employees!

Great service! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave me a thorough explanation/demonstration on my new phone! Props to Dagen!
