The best part of this experience was Donna. Makes me laugh and humanity needs that now!
At the check out however, please stop trying to sell me a credit card at 33% and when I call I'd just like to hear: " thanks for calling Walgreens. HOW CAN I HELP YOU." Not the additional new pharmacy product for sale . I don't even have insurance.

The pharmacy technicians are nice and respectful but there is one pharmacist whom I believe is the supervisor who is beyond rude. The female pharmacist who speaks with a foreign accent treated my wife and I like complete garbage needs to be fired. We filed a grievance against her and nothing was ever done and followed through on by the district manager.

I scheduled a covid test, got confirmation email early morning and arrived later that morning only to find that the whole pharmacy was closed and they could not do any tests. Very frustrating that there was zero communication about the cancellation
