Arthur's Shoe Tree

What a wonderful experience shoe shopping for our granddaughters. Jeff was amazingly patient, and so knowledgeable about the fit and design of all shoes: sandals, dress and play! The girls were so excited about picking out their new shoes and trying them out on the hopscotch mat. Mom and Grandma also purchased two pair each. Love supporting this fantastic local business.

Jeff and Julie are great to work with! Jeff has been fitting my sons feet for many years now. Its always my first stop to buy him shoes and then I end up buying some for myself. Julie is smart enough to remember my husbands size so I have bought shoes for him too. #1 shoe place for us! :)

Possibly the best shoe store out there! I always took my daughter to Arthur’s growing to get all of her school shoes. As a teacher, I am on feet all day. They provide the best in support, comfort, and style. I moved about an hour away and came back after so buying and returning so many boots and shoes for my daughter’s hard to fit feet. The owner listened to what she wanted and how shoes/boots didn’t fit her. He came back with so many options and we left with 3 pairs! I can’t recommend this store enough! Go check it out!

The service I received, not to mention the actual products, are top-notch! Jeff was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find a shoe that is functional and pretty and would help support my terrible back.

Y’all, we have to start supporting our own local people instead of letting corporations take over. This store is a gem, and I don’t want to see it gone! You won’t find this kind of service at a big box store.

Plethora of quality inventory and the shining star is the staff! They spend time to find the right shoe and best fit, and are quite knowledgeable about all their product!
This place is worth a drive to, even if not local to the area. Reminds me of when I was a kid and we would shoe shop at similar small businesses!

I had a great experience today purchasing my new Johnston and Murphy shoes. Jeff was a great help and was very knowledgeable. I think their secret sauce is putting the protective coating on the shoes for you. The prices were very fair as well. I would highly recommend Arthur’s!

Arthur's Shoe Tree is a real gem in the shoe retail space! They have a terrific selection of fashion, function and athletic shoes but the service is what blew me away. The salespeople are super knowledgeable (I got the impression many had been long-time employees) about the products and utilize that expertise to ensure you get the best match for your desired purchase. I got my foot measured - WOW, where does that happen these days. It was not only above and beyond customer service but helped determine that I had been purchasing the WRONG size for quite some time. I purchased a pair of running shoes (though truth be told I'm not going to run in them) and the saleswomean - Julie- who waited on me must have brought out 8 pairs of shoes based on a few questions she asked me. I received her full attention throughout the time, no juggling of multiple customers. I love my shoes, the experience was fantastic and I will return.

Jeff was amazingly knowledgeable and patient while helping me select the perfect shoes. This was not an easy task, as we were dealing with drop foot, an AFO (foot and ankle brace), new custom orthotics and a swollen foot.
Jeff and his staff are the people to go to when you need assistance with any shoe fittings, but especially involving specific needs. The store not only provides quality options in shoes and boots, but a variety of special socks for foot health as well.

Arthurs is the best! I’ve gotten several gifts here as well as shoes for myself! The staff is absolutely amazing and SO helpful! Before I was even a customer they followed me on social media where I shared my health journey/struggles of rare diseases and life saving surgeries. They were constantly messaging me with words of encouragement and I knew I had to get in to shop as soon as I was healed and I am SO happy I did! I cannot wait to continue purchasing gifts and my own personal shoes for years to come! It’s so refreshing to walk into a local business and feel so comfortable! They deserve all of the communities business, you definitely need to check it out if you haven’t!

I bought a pair of leather booties last year. Before I left they sprayed them with a waterproofing spray. I didn't think much of it, but yesterday I got stuck where the only option was to walk through ankle high water. The boots survived perfectly, and kept my feet dry. I'll be a customer for life.

Arthur's Shoe Tree is THE most amazing place for quality shoes! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of all styles of footwear!

They measure kids for shoes! Getting the right size shoes for my kids is always stressful and they make it very easy. You come in, they measure and bring a few options for your child to select that actually fit. Within minutes we can have a set of well fitting shoes my child loves. And they’re respectful of trying to get sale options as well. Love this place!

Arthur’s Shoe Tree is the kind of place where customer service still matters. It is the only place I buy shoes because Jeff and his staff are so good at selecting options for me to try on. Even my kids shoes come from here.

Arthur's is always awesome for hard to fit feet and regular ones too!! Selection is great, but they can order just about anything! That's Great service!

Jeff and Rosie are kind, thoughtful, attentive and generally good people. Jeff is so knowledgeable about shoes and really puts forth a ton of effort to make sure you're walking out of the shop happy. He's helped my extremely picky girls pick out shoes on more than one occasion and has always done it with patience. Even after having to head into the back room a dozen times.
We love the entire staff at Arthur's. Thank you for providing SERVICE and not just selling a product. That concept seems to be a lost art but Jeff and Rosie do it well. Thank you.
