I received great help at the store. The products are excellent! I’ve been painting since 1969, and these are the best products I’ve used and the best service I’ve encountered. They also paint matched a sample I provided and it was spot on!

SW is the best quality and value for paint in the world. Store associates are always professional, accommodating, and friendly. Don’t waste your money and time on inferior paint elsewhere!

Their top of the line paint is amazing. The colors are so bold. I misjudged how much paint I needed and ended up running out but was able to do one coat and it still looks great. I went in 3 different times for samples and paint and the customer service was just as great.

She twin Williams has many paint options to suit all my painting needs. So many paint samples to pick the right color. The associates are very friendly and helpful. They take their time to make sure you buy the best product for your painting needs.

I always feel like I get great advice and the salespeople are very knowledgeable about all of the products. They are helpful in recommending colors that fit what I am looking for and also ask questions so that they can advise which paint will work best on that particular project.

Very helpful staff. They recommended alternate paint options when what I wanted was out of stock (due to the pandemic). Paint was bought, mixed, and boxed in 20 minutes. Still had time to grab lunch!

Even though we had curbside pickup, the service was fantastic, We used the Colorsnap App to help us pick out a color for our living room. The app is easy to use and gives you a great idea of how the color will look. We chose the Emerald paint bc we wanted the painters to have a top quality paint to work with. It's a little pricey, but the thirty percent discount helped. The color was a teensy bit lighter than the app showed, but the tint came through just as we thought it would. For the most part, one coat is all you need, but there are a couple of spots we'll have to go over again. We were painting a rich, tan-brown color with a white, pinkish color,so I was pretty impressed we didn't have to just do a flat out two coats. The room looks beautiful. The color is rich and covered fantastically. We're very pleased.

Smooth transaction. I ordered online and picked up at the store. Was notified when my order was ready for pickup. I was serviced by a personable young man who made me feel like a valued customer.

Lots of options, I was looking for a small can for touch ups but the specific paint I needed was only available in a large can. Store gave me a one time discount to help offset the cost difference without me even asking for anything
