Just getting into the western wire thing. Stopped in here for the first time and picked up my first cowboy hat. Tom junior was a really nice young man who went out of his way to help me. Give me an honest opinion of how different hats looked on me, not just the that 1 looks great. Oh yes that one looks great that one looks great too. Was very proud of his abilities as well. Told me 2 or 3 times come back. Whenever you need to I will Reshape this hat for you for free. Come back if you have any questions we're always here to help you. I got the feeling that my business was genuinely appreciated. There are tons of things to look at here for the western wear lovers. Not just hats boots. Vests jackets shirts you name it it's there. If they don't have it, they're quick to tell you. We can get in anything you want let us help you. I highly recommend stopping in here. The atmosphere is clean and friendly.

Had a wonderful experience here, everyone that works here is so nice! Ces helped me on the floor and was so sweet and patient with me, helped me find a bunch of different boots to try on. Thank you so much Ces! Talked to two other employees as well but didn’t get their names. Great spot.

What a great place. I had my Stetson cowboy hat shaped for no cost. Complimtary. The Scully shirts are beautiful. The boot selection is out of this world.

Glad Boot Barn came to LI. I had a great selection of boots to choose from for under $200. Most other places I've been to on LI prices are mostly above $200, and they make a face when you ask if they have anything cheaper and they don't. Also, a good selection of cowboy hats. Just got boots today. Will be back to look at other wares. Very friendly and helpful staff Anthony and Olivia!

Absolutely love the store and the people there - minus one. Was assisted by a very kind and very helpful miss who took our boots, hats, and boot scrubber to the front register so we didn’t have to carry them while browsing and shopping through the store. The woman manager, though, was a bit “much.” I know the store just opened, and there is probably a fair amount of stress right now, but lady…turn it down a notch or ten.

Have a ton of stock in everything western wear. There's nothing you can't find there. Would have given it 5 stars, but they're also expensive.

We were not impressed. Boot styles were limited for such a large store. Boon barn has tons of boots mostly the same. Googled where else to find cowboy boots and we Go West.
