The UPS Store

I have been a new customer for 2 years and only have good things to say. The owner and his staff are all very nice and extremely competent. I am always in and out quickly for whatever I need to do here and I do a lot, and I appreciate how efficient they are. Another well run small business by local people that I am happy to support.

Every time which is quite often I've gone even after 6 pm they are open and provide fast service. Much faster than post office (sorry p.o.) as far as being waited on. And it's close and convenient for me.

David is very knowledgeable and respectful.

something fishy going on here- lost packages and tons of claims for insurance - is it possible they dont care if an employee takes packages at UPS and looks the other way? hummmmm could be the case... I use the other UPS location off Larkfield and never had an issue like that ever- the one on 25a is near a fish store and something at this UPS def smells off

Okay service but neverr opens on time. Very frustrating.

LOST my package. Zero record of it being scanned in and manager states it is no longer in their facility. Wouldn’t be surprised if the manager himself has something to do with missing packages. Don’t see how a package leaves a facility without being scanned at all. Extremely rude over the phone in regards to this matter. Stated that I should file a claim for the package without offering any help in trying to find it. Said he didn’t have any time to review the tapes. Said it wasn’t his problem since he was a franchise and not an actual UPS? This place is horribly run and definitely has some sketchy behavior happening there. Will never return and will continue to follow up on this matter.

Hours say closes at 5pm and the doors were locked with an employee working when I arrived at 4:40pm. I understand this is the holiday season and people are overworked and preoccupied, but if you’re going to close early at least have that reflected in your posted hours. All I saw on the door was NYE and NY day hours that they would be closed. Nothing mentioning it closing before 5pm aside from that. Same goes for Google - says 5pm today.

I have been to this UPS a few times and the staff are extremely rude!! Whoever the managers are need to clean house and get some people in there who know what customer service is!! And even though they are conveniently open on Sunday I will never go back there!!

Saw all the post here relating to the carelessness of opening in scheduled time and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and sure enough I confirmed for myself that they have very unreliable schedule at this store. Will never come back here and have told my whole circle of contacts about this place as to save everyone the hassle of dealing with this.

Had a 9am appointment with the notary at this location. Waited until 9:15am and the store was still closed. Multiple cars parked outside waiting. I wish I read all the negative reviews before booking my appointment. Rude!

It appears that this place rarely follows its posted hours. It’s either never open on time or closes before it’s posted time. Waited this morning for over 20 mins & witnessed a dozen people leave. If you don’t want to wait like I did, arrive after 9:30AM just to be safe.
