Went to pick up my iPhone 15 pro max ordered through the Verizon. The reps were busy, but made time in between to get my purchase ready. The rep was cool and calm throughout the whole process. She was so friendly, I purchased some accessories to support the business.

What a fantastic store! Jesse was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. His manager (forgot his name) was a strong support too. We will definitely come back to this store!!!

When we arrived, Chris was helping an elderly lady with basic phone operations. You just don't see that kind of service any longer. He helped me and my daughter with two new phones and was very knowledgeable and efficient. Great customer service skills!

HE helped my sister answering all her questions regarding about new phone and lines and he was extremely patient. They had really good customer service and helped as soon as we walked through the door.

I came to the store because I needed help updating and setting up my new iPhone. And Chris was wonderful and helped me out with everything! I was locked out of my social media accounts because it was stuck on my Old phone. And he was able to transfer all of my info to my new Device so I was able to use all of my social media accounts. He also made sure all of my info was saved to my iCloud and double checked that everything was transferred properly. I use my phone for work so it was very important for me that it was done correctly. I was at another store yesterday for 3 hours and they couldn’t figure out what to do to complete the transfer. Chris figured it out in about 10mins. He listened to my issues and solved the problems. I recommend coming here for all of your phone needs especially when it comes to purchasing and setting up a new phone. Ask for Chris he knows what to do and how to do it fast and efficiently. 10/10 experience. I will be coming back to this location only from now on.

After dealing with countless runaround and frustration Daniel at Verizon on Huntington Dr. was able to make my experience a complete turn around. He listened to what my problems were, did what we could to help, and left me a more than happy customer. After having to wait days without a phone, I left this store with a new phone, new line, and all the accessories. Thanks again!

My phone had recently stopped being able to connect to any cell service and I was unable to make or receive any phone calls or texts. Obviously, that really made normal things like communicating with friends or coworkers impossible. I had gone to another Verizon store first but I was essentially ignored and so I gave up and thought "why not give the other location a chance" Well let's just say that after my experience at the store, ESPECIALLY while working with Kendall, this has now become my default stop for all things phone. Kendall not only expertly handled my issue, but also did so while being the sole employee in the store and juggling other customers. Kendall's bright attitude and cheery demeanor made the whole process of diagnosing my problems so much easier. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy anything. So many times, I feel like places want to take your issue, tell you your phone is broke, and then sell you a new phone. Not here. Kendall took the time and tried everything in his power to get my phone up and running.... and succeeded! The location is good, the store is clean, and the staff take customer service seriously. Cannot ask for a better experience!

Brian F was absolutely wonderful and professional. He set up my phone that the Verizon store on S. Lake in Pasadena screwed up. Brian took the time to assist me and provided pointers on my iPhone 14 Pro. I will be visiting here for all my needs from now on.

Christian is an awesome employee. Made my switch from T-Mobile to Verizon flawless and stress free. Answered all my questions and was extremely patient. Wish I had this guy everywhere I go buy things at !

Kendall V. the store manager is fantastic!! Such a positive attitude and helped myself and my mom so much. He was working all by himself and hadn’t even taken a bathroom break. Absolute gem of an employee. Thank you Kendall!!!!

Very Satisfied!!! I'm a retired police sergeant from upstate NY now living in Los Angeles area and I've been a verizon customer for 18 years. This location in San Marino is awesome because they help you right away, no long lines, no standing around and very friendly staff. The manager Pedro is a super cool guy, very energetic and he wants you to be happy. Pedro allowed me time to check out a couple different phones withn the 14 day trial period and then he and his super cool employee Jon got me settled on a new Galaxy Note 10. You will be treated great at this Verizon location!

What can I not say about Pedro(manager) here. His smart takes his time to make sure everything is right. I feel as if he doesn't work for the company but a friend who's telling me how to get the most for the money I'm already spending instead of over charging me and giving me stuff I don't need. I drive here even though theres a closer store to my house just cause of him and his honesty. It's peace of mind knowing I'm not getting messed over.

I want to thank Kendall V. For his amazing and outstanding service. I had a horrible experience dealing with customer service and corporate offices at Chino Hills and even worse experience in San Dimas.
But Kendall was the best, I mean it the BEST, he called Verizon on my behalf and solved all my issues. No words can express my appreciation and gratitude to him. Thank you so very much, God bless you.

I came to this store looking to leave Sprint, and was pleased with the streamlined process. There was no deception, all fine print was provided to me clearly, and now I can actually make calls! This is a clean, high quality store, with very professional associates. And there was actually parking available! I would recommend this store over others just because they were honest and upfront with everything. I stopped at other retailers (ATT/Cricket/Metro) but was given the run around every single time. The bill may be similar in price but I can actually to reach out to customer support. If any of you have had Sprint, you know the frustration of being looped in the automated customer service line. This store is definitely 5 star, and I will only come to this store from now on.
