Last evening as my friend and I pulled into this particular gas station and not only did the parking lot look clean the dumpsters by the pumps were empty and the washing fluid was clean and filled we pull up to the door and the attendant polite young man walked right up the window and greeted me with a smile I had to give my order through the window he was quick and efficient when my friend went to the window the young man was very polite fast and made two slushy drinks that she asked to have mixed I noticed he went back and forth between both drinks making sure as they were both mixed very well joking with my friend as he brought them to the checkout she tried to leave him a tip he handed it back to her over all this experience was very enjoyable

I work there and I feel that the employees who work hard and transitioned from the old store to the new store don't get the credit we deserve I feel like we deserve a raise....taco bell next door 3rd shift gets paid 10 an hr. Just cause their third, well I'm third shift too get paid minimum wage and were just as busy as they are.

This particular Speedway, conveniently located on the University of Akron campus, and a stone's throw from downtown Akron, is one of the few gas stations within the city limits of Akron that you can go inside 24 hours a day. Most places you have to stand at a window late at night, which can take pretty much close to forever.

I went to put air in my tire and the pin broke so it deflated. I went in and asked for help, so the manager, Charlie, went out and changed it for me. He did the whole thing in less than 20 minutes, and I was able to make it to my 6:00 o'clock appointment early. He saved my ass

So my lil buddy so we will call him Norman.. his granny needed us to make Haagen-Dazs ice cream run at 2am. Got there to fast and friendly service

I love speedway coffee and the fact that they fresh fruit.
