Yosemite Ridge

This place was amazing! The property is fairly large and they have sites for all kinds of campers. Winter time can be tough anywhere in the Sierras, so we really appreciate this place staying open and providing a unique experience to travelers. The restrooms were clean, showers had nice hot weather pressure (which is a plus in the winter), wifi worked well, and they even have a laundry room. The cabin I stayed in was comfy and cozy...just what was needed after a long day in the park. Furthermore, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be coming back on my next Yosemite trip. Thanks for a fantastic stay, guys!

Over the weekend I stayed at Yosemite Ridge. It's got this cozy and rustic vibe that fits right in with the nature. The rooms are pretty comfy and have all the stuff you need to chill out. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is a plus. Location is great, you're surrounded by amazing views and hiking trails. Def check out Yosemite Ridge.

Great potential. The park is definitely older but new ownership seems to be working hard to make things right. Staff was awesome and super helpful. Bathrooms decorations were awesome, showers were hot, and laundry machines worked well. All the sites in the main loop are shady and the wifi worked well. That's great because there is almost no cell signal. Sites were a little pricey but the place is just outside the park and all the amenities worked and the place has a gas station and general store. We would definitely stay again.

Loved my time at Yosemite Ridge. Had such a blast with my family. The cabins were really cozy and the every staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back in the fall or winter.

Loved my stay at this resort. Just a 25 min drive to Yosemite, I’ll be sure to stay here in the future. My family and I stayed here for a few days and we absolutely loved the convenience of an on site laundry room, gas station, and cute little trail loops to walk around.

We stayed at an RV site here for five days in early October '20. When I checked in with Rand, he knew my name already, and helped me back into my spot (since I'm a newbie trailer-backer). There's even a pool here but it was closed for the season. The men's bathroom was spotlessly clean and decorated with a vintage old-western theme. The laundry room was very inexpensive to use. Overall the nice facilities and friendly, helpful staff made this a great place to stay.

Had a super awesome experience in the Lodgepole Family cabin. It was 5 of us and we fit beautifully. Everything was clean and well maintained. the kitchen was fully furnished as well as the rest of the cabin. It was also very quiet which is a plus for me.The location was great as well because we were not too far from Yosemite valley. All in all it was a good time, and I would definitely rent here again!

This location is ideal right about 20 min outside the entrance to Yosemite. Located it an oak grove, most all sites have good shade to stay cool. Everything is clean. It is nice to have a store and gas station right on site. The pool was a big hit for the kids as well as the play ground. We spent a whole day just hanging out here instead of going into Yosemite because it was a nice quiet place to be.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yosemite Ridge Resort! Our cousin recommend this place to stay. We found it absolutely met all our needs perfectly. The cabin was clean, very comfortable and had every amenity we wanted. Our kids especially enjoyed the playground that included tether ball! The owner was very kind and accommodating and made booking very easy. The location is in close proximity to Yosemite Park, but doesn't include the crowds. Thank you for helping make our vacation filled with great memories!

We had the best time here! Great staff, great place, great memories! Will definitely come back for our annual family trips to Yosemite.

Good cabins to stay in. Stove, fridge, microwave, satellite TV, air conditioning, private deck, huge trees all around you. Wi-fi is free but not so good. Small general store with reasonable prices. Gas pumps for your cars, very, very nice swimming pool area. Super clean everywhere. Outdoor grill for each cabin spot. Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights making the trip to Yosemite Valley each day. Just under an hour to get there if you don't stop for pictures. The drive in and out each day is worth the peace and quiet of this little resort/campground vs the noisy and busy Park Valley at night. I would recommend this to any family visiting the area, and would check here first if I did our trip again.

Scheduled a stay here this past week. We had some mechanical issues with our rented Motorhome, and unfortunately had to call to cancel. The place is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Rand and Gwyn. Spoke with Rand, who was very understanding. He offered to reschedule, despite being a last minute call. He ended up giving me the option whether I wanted a complete refund or to come back another time. I was surprised that he was so flexible. I’ll be sure to give the place another opportunity. Incredible service.

We enjoyed our stay. Decent time to YNP Big Oak Flat entrance. 3 mi. To the rainbow pool swimming hole. Guest wifi was pretty good. They have a gas station right out front. Most sites are shaded. Laundry room was clean.

Quaint, quiet and conveniently located. Stayed here last year in a different cabin and it was ok, but this years cabin is 10 times better. A/c, full kitchen(stove, range, toaster, coffee pot, utensils, cookware,etc). There's a small pool, a general store, and it's conveniently located to the entrance of Yosemite. Would 100% stay again! Make sure when booking what exactly is in your cabin, because they seem to be all different. We ended up buying/bringing a lot of stuff we didn't need to because we were basing our needs of of last year's cabin. Hope this was helpful! GET OUT AND HIKE!!

Nice area, safe, and clean. We stayed in the Miner's Cabin, excellent accommodations, definitely would recommend if you're planning to visit Yosemite. My only complaint would be the wifi, which is befitting of the rural location of the resort. Overall, 10/10, definitely will visit again!

When we went the showers were hot, they had Wi-Fi available. The guy running the place was ultra attentive to any needs. It’s clear that they are trying to turn the place around. Great location with an excellent restaurant about 1/4 of a mile down the road.

The fact that this is our 5th trip to the facility should tell you something about how we feel. We stay in the cabins...well equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, comfortable bed, private bath and a kitchen that has everything except the food. And if you forget something...like we did, the General Store has it. We travel in to Yosemite National Park and the areas around with ease. Nice place to come home to at night, particularly after a very filling dinner at Buck Meadows Restaurant a couple of hundred meters up the road.

My husband and I lover this place so much that we decided to stay and extra night and it was so worth it we had such a lovely time at this campground. I couldn't get any wifi or cell service but that was ok it was the point in coming to the mountians the camp ground was quiet, nice staff, clean bathrooms, the showers could of used a little more cleaning but not to bad. No camp fires are allowed and that's understandable, we also found wild black berries all over. The restaurant that's next to it has large plates of food enough to share but will charge you and extra $5 for sharing but good food.great prices for camper/RV camping. The towns close to the campgrounds were so cute and quaint, we are definitely coming back next year. And don't forget to check out the touring info on the website we did a lot of it and it was so much fun.

My wife and I spent two nights there as we visited Yosemite. This is a GREAT place to stay! Our cabin was clean and cozy. The grounds were well kept and quiet. The restaurant a couple hundred yards up the road (same owners) had great food and service. We would definitely recommend this place!!!

Great park in vicinity to Yosemite with a gas station out front and a very good diner almost next door. Plenty of shade in the park and spacious sites. There is no cell signal, for att at least, but the wifi in the park works well for keeping up with emails and social media, although the signal can be spotty and really only works near the office.
