All Seasons Groveland Inn

My partner and I ended up staying here for a night after our Yosemite trip. We came in as walk-ins and luckily they had vacancy. At first we were a bit hesitant due to it having a different style and vibe from what we are used to since we usually stay at more modern hotels and Airbnbs but the hotel innkeepers welcomed us in and were very kind. They helped us feel at home despite being hours away from our actual hometown and we actually enjoyed the antique style of the hotel. We stayed in the Eagles Tower room and had an easy check-in. We also found our rooms to be very clean and had everything we needed there. One thing I feel the room needed however was a fan or some sort of AC because the room got a bit hot during the night. Other than this, our stay was fantastic and we enjoyed staying here.

Overall, we had a great and very welcoming stay at this hotel and the innkeepers made this experience possible with their kindness and smiles. I would definitely recommend this hotel and especially the Eagles Tower for anyone passing through the small and interesting town of Groveland.

We can’t say enough about this little gem in Groveland! Quiet, clean, cozy and the people are so nice! If you’re heading this way and like staying at B & B’s this is your place. Even with a city-wide power outage on one of our nights, Janet and the staff were there to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. And she even managed to make a delicious breakfast with no power, early enough to catch our Yosemite tour. We will definitely come back here!

30 minutes from the entrance to the park. We had the Eagles Tower room which was very comfortable, with its large private terrace overlooking the back of the house. Janet took care of us wonderfully, this woman is a love. His breakfasts are exquisite. You can book here with your eyes closed!

Affordable bed and breakfast close to Yosemite! The room was clean and the breakfast was great! I like how each door has an electric code to get in. Also the Inn is with in walking distance of restaurants and bars.

Had an amazing stay with Tammy. She’s a great host, very warm and welcoming! The inn itself is very gorgeous, the art, the essential oil diffuser and every tiny detail at the inn was very cute. The rooms were huge and the bathrooms had a jacuzzi. Tammy provided us with bath salts to enjoy the jacuzzi. Every room had candies, chocolates, a really nice touch. Tammy made us amazing breakfast with hot chocolate/coffee, fruit juice, yogurt fruit parfait, baked oats (if you’re a vegetarian) or scrambled egg with veggies. Also, the Tesla supercharger is right behind the inn, which was perfect for us. Would definitely come back to stay here!

Great place to stay. Rooms are private and ours had a large spa bathtub that was wonderful and relaxing! Very quiet and the host and service were outstanding. Tammy was very attentive and informative. We were served a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed chatting with other visitors. Tesla charging station is next door, so very convenient. Great place to stay...We will definite book it again and highly recommend it!

Ideal place to stop on your journey to or from Yosemite. Such a friendly and welcoming check in. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and have all amenities needed. The location is ideal for a stopover and is perfect distance to walk to the local saloon for food and drinks. Tammy, the owner, served up a fabulous, tasty breakfast and was full of chat and insight into the history of the house and local area. I would highly recommended.

Five stars for central Groveland location, a friendly and attentive host in Tammy, a filling and freshly made breakfast of fruit & yogurt, sausage and veggie omelet scramble with toast, juice and coffee, and a nicely furnished “Yosemite Falls” room!

This affordable B&B is housed in a 120 year old Groveland house and each bedroom is unique. The exterior of the house is old and could use a fresh coat of paint, but step inside the front parlor and you will find antique chairs, tables and cabinets with modern day touches.

The ground floor Yosemite Falls room was compact but comfortable for a two night stay. Bath is adjacent but not separate from the bed room and has a big corner/tub with handheld shower. Room has all the amenities as advertised.

Highly recommend and would stay here again. Just remember to adjust your expectations as it’s a 120 year old house and not a modern Hyatt Regency.

The host is very welcoming and nice from heart. She really enjoys having people around serving them.
The Inn is comfortable and well decorated. Many furniture are antiques. Tammy was very generous in serving nice breakfast which was the best I ever had compared with the ones I had in other hotels or Airbnd. I would love to book it again if I visit Yosemite in the future.

My family and I went to Yosemite for a long weekend and stayed at this lovely B&B. Tammy, the owner was an incredible host and so hospitable. She made us a delicious breakfast everyday morning before we went hiking and accommodated us with any dietary restrictions we had. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower/ jacuzzi tub was amazing after a long hike in Yosemite. She recommend some great restaurants in Groveland which was nice to come back to after our long days. If you need a good restaurant, check out Cocina Michoacana. Highly recommend staying here!

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night on our way to Yosemite and we were more than in love with this b&b! Tammy was extraordinarily accommodating, kind, fun, and also really good at cooking! She made me a yummy vegan breakfast, and made my boyfriend a yummy bacon and egg bowl. Everything about this experience was beautiful! We highly highly recommend! Thank you Tammy!

She reminded me of how I host my short term rentals, going above and beyond helping us with local tips and ideas. She showed us the YARTS transit option to get into Yosemite when we couldn’t buy a car pass in the lottery and were so grateful.

The breakfast was fresh and wonderful, our room had a great jacuzzi tub. She even offered us a complimentary room upgrade as other guests had cancelled. I love the aromatherapy diffusers in the rooms...a soothing lovely touch.

My only tiny dislike was the bed in our room which I found to be squeaky and uncomfortable. But maybe that was because my partner was thrashing around in the night driving me crazy. Ha!

This place is the best! We stayed in the Yosemite Falls Room and had the most magical evening! The space is warm and super relaxing with private patio space and a beautiful jacuzzi tub THAT WORKS! Our hostess, Tammy made us feel so welcome, and prepared us the most delicious and savory breakfast, which we enjoyed out on the patio while soaking up warm sunshine and a cool fall breeze. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Everything was more than we could ever ask for.

We were wanting to go to yosemite with an early start. This was perfect. Lovely room, great owner and staff, delicious breakfast.

My family and I were paranoid for a little bit, driving uphill in the dark to Groveland and stopping by many vacancies to learn that there were no rooms left to stay in. Thanks goodness my dad found All Seasons. The lady, Tammy, was the nicest person we’ve met in our entire trip and treated us like close family. The rooms are incredible, each room having a beautiful theme. Literally it is unbelievable to find a place like this up in the hills! My little sister and I loved our stay, since we got our own room and our parents got their own rooms also. All the rooms are gorgeous. The breakfast was also cooked by Tammy, and she loved to talk with us while she served! The food was incredible. Only things to watch out for is that there are only 13 rooms and it is not the cheapest place to stay, but other than that I’ve never had a more unique hotel experience.

I loved staying at this b&b! Even though our plans to visit Yosemite fell through, the owner provided us with plenty of recommendations to fill our day. Our room was gorgeous and had the most amazing hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and kept us full for hours. Don't miss out on this experience!

Had a fantastic time at the All Seasons Inn! Thanks to the host Tammy, she went beyond any expectations I had to make my stay memorable! The bedroom was great, bed super comfy and the small terrace on the other side of the house was a +.

It was an awesome night. This Inn is very themed with its own story. The host, Tammy is an amazing person who treats her customers with care and happy to help. We had our own balcony where we had a delicious breakfast.

Tammy and her daughter, Destiny were helpful and courteous. Their hospitality is excellent. Quaint cute place close to restaurants and amenities in the small town. Inn is clean and the owners are extremely flexible and understanding when it comes to early check in's and cancellations. Though it was a short stay for me it was memorable as to desire a comeback soon.
