Went to my neighborhood Walgreens and manger handled a situation that Chesapeake greenbrier Walgreens handled poorly and miss treated me . It was all for an exchange. They didn’t handle the situation right and didn’t take care of the customer but the manager on little creek was amazing and on point and took care of like a manger should handle customer service. Thank you for that

I simply love this pharmacy!! It is absolutely the best pharmacy in Norfolk. My husband is in the navy and I could easily pick up my prescriptions for free on base but the prices here are so low with tricare and I never have to deal with any nonsense and they have the absolute best customer service. The pharmacist and staff really make customers feel valued and appreciated, and the wait time is never very long!! I appreciate them so much!!

I was disappointed to hear they aren't 24 hours anymore, but that's probably better for employees. They're always nice and helpful. This Walgreens pulls through in blizzards and hurricane aftermath. When the power is out, you'll drive down the eerily dark streets and see this Walgreen's lights up and running, welcoming you. Definitely going to miss this place when we move.

This is my favorite Walgreens store in town! Store is clean and well organized. And the staff are very welcoming, greeting everybody who step inside the store. Jonique is so friendly, Maria, Robert, Lois, and Andrew the manager are the best in costumer service.

The staff both pharmacy and those up front are very professional and efficient. They always helpful and friendly.

Traveling from out of town. Had to make a quick stop here. The cashier Lois was so helpful with helping us find everything we need. I would definitely recommend. Customer service was excellent. Thank you

Ordered on-line. Cost of my items were WAY less than elsewhere. A smiling, friendly clerk brought it to my car in less than 5min.

I had my Pfizer Booster given here. The pharmacy staff are doing their best to provide service to everyone, but with the COVID testing, flu shots, and COVID shots, they are overwhelmed. Management need to double the staff to keep up. It took over an hour to get my COVID booster. I think the biggest thing that slows the process down is all the paperwork required. It takes only a few minutes to get the vaccination- all the rest of the time is taken doing and waiting for paperwork.
