Very Good Customer Service. Daphne offered to call another store to see if they had what I wanted. She ended up ordering it and having it shipped to my home 👏

The ladies at the fragrance counters were awesome. I came for one thing and ended up leaving with 3 more amazing scents. They know their stuff and don't do pressure selling, they ask you questions and match up what you like.

Shopped in the home department today and Ava was amazing! Dillards is known for great service and she didn’t disappoint while helping me accomplish everything that I needed to redecorate my home. This store is a larger Dillards than I am used to and the selection was good with lots of special sales in cosmetics, purses and more. What I loved about this store was each department had professionals who were happy to help and have helpful conversations. I had two Cmas returns and it was simply painless.

I had a wonderful experience in the shoe department. The young man paid attention and brought out shoes that I was looking and debating about if it was worth asking for a pair to try on. There were a decent number of customers and he was very helpful for everyone.

One of the few brick and mortar stores that is worth the trip into the mall. Clean , bright, well stocked and well staffed. One of the few bright spots remaining in Stoney Point .

I love it when a sales associate is open and doesn't judge a book by its cover. I frequent this store and I'm usually dressed in casual wear. The general population of sales people here dont usually acknowledge me. I meet Wendy in shoes and she was so amazing! Warm, welcoming, helpful without reservation. I ended up getting multiple pairs of shoes. Thanks Wendy.

Visited here recently and was assisted by Nicholas who is a beauty advisor in the fragrances department. This man was so nice, patient, cool and informative. He knows his fragrances!! He was able to go down the line and provide details of each fragrance tested to the point the descriptions matched the smell to the tea, could actually place a visual to it and all😄 I have visited the fragrance section before but he made the experience so much more enjoyable. He even took the time to put together a set of men's fragrance samplers for my husband of some of the scents he enjoyed while we were there until the kits come in for men and went down the line of each and every fragrance offered in the women's sampler purchased. We definitely will be returning and when we do we will be looking for Nicholas because he is awesome! Thank you Nicholas! You are one of a kind!

I have to stay out of there! I wish I were wealthy, I would be there weekly for the hottest trends and old school fashion staples. I adore Felicia in the dress department. She is so helpful, patient and gives great customer service and a fashion expert. Guess I'll go buy a lotto ticket and if I WIN...U get Dillard's gift card, U get a gift card. U catch my drift.

Thank you, Dillards, for the exemplary customer service I received from the associates of your Stony Point Fashion Park store in Richmond, Va. I bought a set of Noble sheets prior to moving out of state and when I had an issue with them, the Assistant Store Manager and linen department personnel were quick to reach out to me, offer to exchange the sheets without a receipt, exchange the sheets, and express ship them to me out-of-state. Well done. I wish there was a Dillard's near me. You are the last of the great department stores still in existence and I am most grateful for the service I received.

Went shopping for a swimming suit. The sale associate was very helpful in locating the appropriate style within my price range. She also carried the items to the fitting room. I enjoyed this shopping experience thanks to an attentive and friendly salesperson.

This was my second time at this location. Every department that I went in was very customer orientated staff and wanted to ensure that my needs were met. I will certainly return again. I was however disappointed when on the second floor looking for ladies clothing. Not much in the department of ladies' dresses. Again I'm new to this area I generally shop at the Dillard's in the Newport News, Virginia area. Not a large selection to choose from so I will continue with my Newport News, V store or maybe Macy's which has a better selection to include shoes. I meet the manager in the perfume department who was very helpful I believe her name was Kim. I did make a purchase but their selection of perfumes are limited.

Quiet and mostly empty which for me is a good thing. You don't have to wait in line to ask an associate questions. Service is fast. The clinique store has amazing ladies who give little gifts that make you want to keep coming back.

Knowledgeable salestaff, especially in the shoe department and the makeup counters. Warm and interesting environment. Good selection of clothes and accessories.

I walked in this store not know if I would find what I needed and how much it would cost. Not know I would have one if the best experiences being a customer. First the young man at the jewelry counter went to work to find me the best selection for a Gala I was to attend. Made sure it fit and in my price range. I am a woman of color and don’t wear make up like that but I went over to the Mac counter and the young lady was able to match my skin tone perfectly. She was wonderful so I happen to mention I need shoes and she quickly suggested I check out the sale. So I found the perfect shoes for my Gala and I could have done it without the courteous staff that day. I got much more than I bargained for and I’m beyond grateful. Thank you thank you for make this ugly duckling into a swan.

Always find something I want whether it be clothing, a handbag or jewelry. A good assortment in each department. Friendly and helpful associates. Love Dillards!

Without the hustle & bustle and horrible traffic at "that other mall". This Dillard's location is organized, clean, bright and easy to navigate through. Management and staff are very friendly & eager to please. Staff are knowledgeable & professional. Stony Point Mall itself has great plans since the recent purchase and soon this park-y, free flowing mall will be a big attraction again!! #GiveStonyPointFashionParkAChsnce #Dillards #Cosmetics

On a busy see Mother's Day Afternoon, we were created by friendly staff in every department we visited, but were especially impressed with the young woman at the Estee Lauder counter that day. There was a gift with purchase my mother really wanted, and the beauty advisor took great care to explain and demonstrate different textures and colors of the items she was looking at to get exactly what she wanted in the right price range. We never felt rushed, or abandoned even as she had to divide her time between us and other customers that were waiting. It was a GREAT experience.
