Saks Fifth Avenue

I’ve shopped a lot at Saks. More for my husband than myself. Richmond doesn’t have a lot of stores like Saks but the customer service is superb. I have shopped at Saks in different states and they offer a more tailored experience with beverages offered, however the service is still top notch. It’s better to go in looking like money than not if you want faster service.

I enjoy shopping here. Mike in Mens, Rick in women shoes and Fatima in fragrances are my go to. They take very good care of me. I enjoy the shopping experience here.

Aaaahhhh, great vibes it's giving "RICH" vibes. Had a great experience shopping around. The staff was so knowledgeable & friendly. Willing to go the xtra mile to make sure all my questions were answered. Such a beautiful ambiance. The fitting room is set up for try-ons. The restroom🚻 is so classy, like a little get-away🤭 and also well stocked and clean. Can't wait 2 return when I have more browsing time. Even had great sales and clearance sections.

Beautiful choices and styles. The customer service is great and I love their sale racks. Walking into this store makes you feel like a million bucks. Their placement of the mannequins and escalators are top notch. Fun place to window shop and try on beautiful gowns. They even have sacs 5th little baby water bottles. How cute is that!

Needed a rushed order, was purchasing a birthday item for my wife. Martina Winston was so professional, exceptional and helpful in assisting me get what I wanted. She was working in shoes, and I was not looking for shoes but she made several phone calls and researched several items I was interested in. I got more than what I was looking for going to Saks today. Very pleasant experience. Can't say enough. Awesome job!!!

Love to see the new season selections in women's and men's apparel, shoes, and fragrances! Awesome customer service and really nice shopping experience if your pocket can afford it! Some of the absolute best designer selections!

Only designer store we really have. Lots of clearance for hyped items as well. Shoes are 60-70% off.

For some unknown reason I had never visited Saks, and it has definitely been my loss. I have shopped in more than a few high-end clothing establishments over the years, and none compare. Saks has it all. The choices are endless. From old school to new and everything in between, you name it, Saks has enough to keep you busy for awhile and when you finish with the clothes, keep your wallet out as you head for the shoe department. I am now a regular. Never ending choice, you will be glad you stopped by.

Service seems to be repeatedly "but on point". Inspires me to return. Kat is helpful, and creative. Deals to b had here @ this location too. Better than the Philly location, in my view.

The clothing and apparel in the store are excellent quality. You pay a premium most of the time, but their sales are very good, and you can get up to 70% off.

Prices are extensive, but the store vlwas very clean and well organized.

In addition to selling great brands they provide excellent customer service.

Good place to go for all top brand clothes. I love shopping here. Nice selection of shoes, clothes, jewelry, cologne, and hats.

Awesome Cuban sandwich and the Ghirardelli cheesecake wasn't bad. Server was great his name is Jordan

My mom and I had an amazing experience with Dagmar Ralph style Advisor she was very pleasant and helpful she made us feel welcome gave us refreashments while we tried on dresses she was very knowable and patient excellent services will diffinalty return and recommend if you need to find the perfect outfit and great customer service.

Easy to shop. Had everything I wanted. They wrapped the gifts I purchased. The parking is substantial.

I cannot say enough about the staff here during this pandemic even though they just reopened their excellent I was in there shopping today with my wife and I must say they made the experience well worth my time thank you all very much
