H&M

This was my first best experience at an h&m store in the United States. This place has good helpful staff as well as a good collection of clothes. The prices of the clothes were very reasonable and they had a wide range of clothes and availability of different sizes was a plus at this store. The store was well organised and the clothes were kept properly unlike the other store of h&m I have been to with no helping staff and clothes lying on the floor.

Apparently it's beige season, however I was able to find some pops of color throughout the store. Staff was very friendly & the store was very organized. Found some great clearance items aswell. Always a fun atmosphere, great choices of fashion for each family member.

The dedicated staff here at this H&M should all be given raises. GREAT attitudes towards customers coming in right before closing and willing to help you find anything. To hear an associate say they love working with other associates and customers, wow! Young man at the register was a class act!

Love this place!! The variety and style here means that no matter what your style is, you will always find something you love and the price will never break the bank. I have a few things that I bought ages ago and they are still in great condition, so not only are the clothes here affordable but also great quality!

One of the biggest h&M's I've been to yet. Nice prices and good clothes that are in trend. Well fitted jeans and shirts are by far my favorite if the h&m stores. This specific h&m has two stories and clothes for all ages. Would recommend for back to school shopping.

Love browsing for fun additions to my wardrobe. The store is a little packed and junky, but I'm leaving 5 stars because of the app. In store, you can have any item shipped home for free. So when you can find your size, scan a like item and it'll be at your.house almost before you get there. Fun!

H&M is a great store. The prices are not too expensive and I love that they have a clothing recycling program. I am not a shopper but spent a good amount of time here finding items for work and for casual summer outings. I really like each item I purchased.

I love h and m! I always come here when I visit Richmond. There's not one time I've came in here and not found anything that I like! They have some great clothes that are very reasonably priced!

Always has a nice selection of clothes. Color palet is limited for the men's section but very nice none the less. Changing rooms are nice and always a person to help. Going on a slow day is nice.

I love their clearance sale. You can get good clothes for as low as $10-15. I got 2 shirts for my boyfriend for $22 in total on clearance!!! I had gotten similar ones for about $50 each from Macy's.

This is su h an awesome location for on-trend, inexpensive, yet high quality clothes! Even though this place is gigantic and they have lots of foot traffic, they always manage to keep it clean and organized. Love it!

I luv this store! Great deals on cute clothes and I also like that you can donate old clothes to get 15% off your purchase. The customer service I've experienced has always been good too.

This is a great place to shop. Great prices, great selection, neat and clean. Staff highly motivated to serve customers and are courteous and friendly. Met store manager and was very impressed.

Some great deals on children's clothes. There is a kids store/section attached to the regular store. Everything was clean and well organized, despite how crowded it was. Checkout line was long but went rapidly.

Decent prices for my daughter's clothes

Its always nice and clean. They got very good selection of clothes. I am in love with their jewelry.
