Black Key Coffee is our favorite local coffee shop for my caffeine fix. Quality coffee beans. Reasonably priced. Fantastic service. Friendly atmosphere. Andrew even has a fun & interesting daily trivia question that I get wrong more often than I get it correct. He's always happy to answer any of your coffee questions. Plus, dogs are welcome, which can make any day better. They're not open on Mondays and are only open until 2 pm most other days. But we prefer to support this incredible local shop over franchise brands whenever we can.

Really cool little coffee shop that offers great latte flavors and very friendly service. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable especially for the size of the place. Parking can be a bit tight if it’s busy since there are limited spots available.

I got the toasted marshmallow latte and my wife got peppermint mocha, both were made well and had great flavor. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area and looking for your coffee fix!

What a great coffee shop!! The best part is they support local and have sugar free syrups!! My latte was delicious. I had soy milk in mine, and it had a lower amount of sugar in it than that other national coffee chain. Will be back!

Hands down, one of my favorite local coffee shops to support. The caramel lattes are to die for 🤤 and they have so many different flavor options to choose from. The owners are extremely friendly and humble. I’m so glad that I ventured outside of Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks and stumbled upon this hidden gem!

Black Key Coffee is now the key to my caffeine and lifestyle. I'm someone who takes my time seriously as I help Small Businesses when banks can't (just meet the requirements). After a meeting that went successful, I decided to finish my coffee at one place I know best thats relaxing.

Best espresso in Northeast Ohio. Andrew is a true artisan and offers wonderful drinks, advice for the novice coffee enthusiast, and an all-around great atmosphere.

The drip coffee was great and quick. Got coffee to go so didn’t get the chance to sit down and enjoy their atmosphere. Very friendly and quick service!

This place makes the best coffee on the westside! I took one sip of my brewed coffee and had to buy some beans. They roast their own beans and that makes all the difference. I've had their cold brew and drip coffee and it is amazing! My wife has had the iced Americano and she said it is the best she's ever had. We are coffee drinkers and this place has become our new favorite. I've been telling all my friends they need to come here and I highly recommend.

THE BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD! Few times have I genuinely enjoyed a coffee straight up with nothing added, but Black key Coffee is one of them, specifically the Costa Rica Tarrazu; which happens to be my favorite of their roasts. It is a lighter roast, but still has a wonderful full bold flavor, is never bitter, and exceptionally light on the pallet.

They carry a good selection of other roasts and are adding new ones often. The quality of their roasts truly shows the care and attention to detail they are putting into their products. Shipping has been quick every time and I always look forward to opening the box and revealing the wonderful aroma's emanating from it. The only problem I have is that I always seem to go through it too quickly.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an artisan coffee company, or anyone who truly wants some of the best coffee around!

Today was the first time I was at Black Key Coffee. I had not heard of it until recently when someone had suggested it. I thought the coffee was great. Quick prompt service and a nice environment. I will be back and will suggest that others check it out. I much prefer to come to place like Black Key than to go to Starbucks.

A barista who can elicit legit foam from oat milk AND great espresso?? 👏 👏👏 Best oatmilk cappuccino I've ever had. And as a basic white girl, I've had a LOT.

Hubs is Americano, decaf black for me (that's more than enough from there! :-D)
Local bakery options have oatmeal protein balls to cookies/pastries.

The coffee is absolutely wonderful and the couple that own it are even better. If you're looking for something much better than the big chain coffee shops, this is definitely the place to go! They use locally made bakery and locally made syrups for their flavors. Support small business and give yourself the cup of coffee you deserve all at the same time.

Such good coffee!! So happy we have a local coffee shop in Avon now. If you've only ever had Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts you are missing out. They have dairy alternative options and even a dairy free whipped cream !! I got a white chocolate latte today and it was one of the best I've ever had.

I'm not much of a coffee person but decided to visit this place while I was in town and it was delicious. Great customer service! Fabulous coffee...made me reconsider how I feel about coffee! I'm so happy I was able to support a local establishment which operates on solid values and customer service. Well done!
