Staff are all very nice. We went for the free photos with Santa and it was a great experience. My son has special needs and everyone was very understanding. The entire store was very tidy and things were easy to find. Nice selection of holiday gifts. Bathrooms were right up front and very cleanly. Like other Cabela’s, this location is dog friendly… they seemed to enjoy the fish display as much as my toddler.

I visit this establishment periodically, as my partner and I share a passion for firearms. The quality of customer service at the gun counter can fluctuate based on staffing levels and customer volume at the moment. However, one aspect remains consistently excellent: the outstanding service provided by employee Jacob Little. Jacob consistently demonstrates exceptional kindness, attentiveness, and a willingness to go the extra mile to assist us with our needs. I highly recommend seeking out his assistance if you intend to visit the gun counter.

Placed an order with Bass Pro Shop online (which owns Cabellas) and received the item very quickly and got $20 off my first order. Not bad at all. Shipping cost was $5 not too bad either. The main thing is the customer service via the website was very good. Nice to know that if I need to order something from this spot I will get it very fast.

Came in to check out the post holiday sales and got a nice flannel.

Wonderful store, a wide selection of goods for hunting and fishing, clothing for men, women and children, as well as goods for outdoor activities. All the world's leading brands are represented here and everyone will find what they need for hobbies for any season. Large Parking, restaurants and cafes are located nearby. On working days there are not many people at all, you can safely choose goods and measure clothes, there are no queues at the checkout. I recommend it to all lovers of outdoor activities!

This is definitely the premier sporting goods store in the area. The displays are beautiful! Many many items are in stock things that you don't see elsewhere. There is actually ammunition in stock. Not all but most. The staff here is extremely friendly and very well informed of the products they sell.

Got fishing stuff AND underwear. I was going to try the super expensive underwear on the competition commercials but I tried the Cabela's brand. Great choice. Cheaper and just as comfortable. No stink, no crunch

Great place! The kids have so much fun coming and picking out their own fishing gear and seeing all the displays. Great selection of camping, hunting, and fishing gear along with clothing for all ages and sizes. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable about the different selections available. The store is clean and easy to navigate around to the different areas. Plenty of parking available and handicap accessible. The waterfall and displays are fun to just go see all by themselves, but chances are you will find something that catches your eye and will purchase. If your into outside activities such as hunting, fishing, or camping you will spend hours checking out all the gear and merchandise they offer.

Went here to exchange my sunglasses and the experience was very nice. The lady at the sunglass hut was very helpful and I was able to exchange my glasses with ones that fit me better.

It's a nice store and always a fun place when it's full of outdoor adventure toys.

Had no idea Cabela's had free 4x6 photos with Santa. Made reservation went and it was so much easier than going to the mall. Also have a cool Frame you can purchase for the picture.

We love this place. Very trucker and dog friendly. I love getting time to camp in the parking lot with my two Huskies. Then go shopping with them. It’s nice. Workers are so friendly as well. Bought some winter clothes and treats for pups. Then we ate a steak lunch at the steakhouse in the parking lot.

Kevin im the archery section helped me immeasurably with the setup of my new bow. I was in very good hands and I appreciate his expertise. Thank you, cabelas for having competent employees.

We saw Santa here but looked around the store, too. It is such a cool place full of stuff to keep you active. They have a really cool fish tank, too!

Went to pick out a gift for my sons 21st birthday. The gentleman in the guns and ammo section was extremely helpful and patient explaining and answering questions for various gun cleaning kits. He made me feel confident with my purchase and my son LOVED his gift.

Let me start by saying this is the first interaction with Cabelas. I ordered a pair of work boots from them at the last minute, paid the extra to have them on the day I was going hunting. I tried to track the order, but I couldn’t figure out how to do so on the website, so I called on the day they were supposed to be delivered to talk to someone who could tell me. I talked to a very kind woman, and when she looked up my order she told me they hadn’t even been shipped yet. She sincerely apologized and told me she would return my shipping fee and that she would get them shipped.(remember I needed them the next morning to go hunting) We got off the phone and I went on about my evening. When I woke up at 6 a.m. the next morning, I go out my front door to throw some trash out and what is sitting in my porch, my new pair of boots!!! I wish I would have remembered her name, but if you guys have records of who talks to who, my order #W206082711. Please tell her she made a customer for life by making this happen! I will review the actual boots after I wear them a while but this is a customer service review. (I was very kind and understanding on the phone by the way, I wasn’t one of those people who get mad and yell at someone who doesn’t control the actual shipping of product) Again CABELAS has made me a customer of theirs for life!! Thank you to the company and the woman who made this happen!
