Literally having such a stressful day stopped in to grab the kids a quick bite to eat and iced coffee for myself and can I just say not only were they quick fast and accurate but they were Beyond friendly and nice and sweet !! The woman working the cash out window was so sweet and nice and the young man who was at the pick up window was equally as nice. Hands-down my favorite McDonald’s to stop at. Thank you all for making our day better !!!

I have experienced exceptional dining experiences at the restaurant, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Alysia. Her warm and friendly demeanor always creates a welcoming atmosphere, making my visit truly enjoyable. Alysia goes above and beyond to ensure needs are met, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. I highly commend her dedication and positive attitude, making this Mcdonals exceptional.

I just love the girl at the window this morning, she knows everyone's order that are regular customers. She's friendly, always smiling, chatty, always brings a smile to my face in the morning!!!

Best Big Mac I ever ate!
Very accommodating to me for my dietary restriction. Manager Edwin was very pleasant and made sure my order was made correctly.

I used the app to order ahead and to take away from some of my wait time. When I got there the drive thru was pretty empty, drove up gave my code pulled up to the window and had a short wait bc my food was still being made and I was gone. It's always nice to be in and out pretty fast.

Went early for breakfast, line was quick, order was right and tasty. I am a happy customer.

VERY kind staff there. I went there with a complaint about another location and seeking assistance contacting the owner. The store manager Pat came out and talked with me. She took the time out of her day to call the management team about what happened. She was so kind. Even though it is not as close to me as the other one, they have a new customer because Pat went above and beyond to help me

We ordered a big box tonight, my son went inside to grab it, and when he came back he was saying how nice the workers were! And he can’t stop saying how fresh the fries were! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location!

Haha they made it quick no problems with my coupon for was hot and well made. But guys I'm dying i love it please don't remove the boo bees from your pole outside. 😆😂😆😂

Not too bad of a place just always busy when I decide to get food from there

The Avon Ohio McDonald's on 611 is AWESOME!!! My boss and i had a long day so far and needed to eat b4 our last house. We each got a 1/4lb-er w/cheese meal. It was CRAZY fresh with piping hot french fries. Way to go Avon Mickey-D's!!

I've been ordering a ton of Big Macs without lettuce I don't like a salad bar on my hamburger but other than that the hamburgers are great but also they need to teach their employees respect cuz I went through there last week and she told me to get bent but I still order from there.

I'm a truck driver and when I'm in this area I usually park in their truck parking area. NEVER have I had the best service at any other McDonald's. This by far is the best customer service, clean and curtious restaurant I have been in. Thank you for your services. I will return when I'm back in this area.

This is one of my favorite McDonald's to eat at. They stay so busy their food is ALWAYS fresh and on point!!

One of the cleaner restaurants I have been in and great people there. Even though there was an error on the order they were quick to fix it for me and I thank you for this.

The best McDonald's I have been to. When I'm in that area, that's the one I stop at. The food is always fresh and hot!!!! I highly recommend this particular McDonalds.
