The Home Depot

I've been to alot of northeast home depots. The staff is very helpful, especially Milo amd Tony the manager. Currently finishing up a big kitchen remodel and Tony has gone above and beyond to make sure orders are correct and even followed up with a phone call to see how the project was going. It's nice to see that people still care.

Like most men Home Depot is my favorite place to shop. I don't know what it is about Avon and Avon Lake stores and fast food restaurants compared to the same Lorain stores and restaurants. I don't know if it's the difference in location, the staff or lack of staff at the Lorain area store or if it's the management. Either way I will continue to travel way out of my way for a better shopping experience and a better atmosphere. I 100 percent recommend this Home Depot especially if put up against the Lorain and the Elyria branches. Hands down!!!

I placed an online curbside pickup order for wall insulation. The pick-up process was extremely fast. I had to drive to Avon. Because my store, Berea Rd (W117th) Home Depot didn't have anything that i needed in stock. Surprisingly, i found some beautiful perennials, my stores garden center isn't as nicely stocked.

Fully stocked and friendly big box Home Depot. Very helpful staff that don't field questions like chores, but opportunities.

Everything wood, hardware, lighting, electrical, and all the rest. Handy rental for equipment and a truck to take things home in as well. 5 stars.

Bought a Toro zero turn mower and the gentleman at the service desk made it a smooth and pleasant transaction. Contacted the right folks to arrange the prepping of the product and scheduling delivery. Also, so grateful for them honoring veterans!

Just wanted to give a big shout-out to the home Depot rental group, especially the manager, It is obvious how well they care of their equipment . They are very knowledgeable about how to use them. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Thanks guys hope you stay in the rental business.

This Home Depot stands apart from all the other stores in the greatest Cleveland area... From the cleanliness and organization of the store, down to the employees who work here- they are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the area they're working in. I can't say the same about other locations. Great place to rent tools also.

Was looking for the coveted 12’ tall skeleton everyone is also after. Jake from the garden center was an AMAZING help going above and beyond the extra mile in his attempts to help me attain one to purchase myself. From phone conversation to even calling back with information and help, to even in person when I came in store with hopes to find one, he was great. I still was too late to get one myself but with that much attention to customers needs, questions, & all around great service, I will certainly now choose Home Depot over Lowe’s every time.

The service here is just about as good as or better than you will find at a home improvement store. This is a smaller location so if you need to rent bigger equipment you might need Lorain/Elyria location, but for most everything else this place is well organized, clean, and staffed reasonably well. They sometimes have double rainbows

Sonny went above and beyond, helping me with finding a storm door! He answered all my questions and called the installation company twice to get an idea when the install could be done. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

So I rated them 5 stars because they had everything I was looking for and when I asked for help I got a friendly employee who knew the store and merchandise and could make intelligent recommendations. They also had real cashiers who checked out my merchandise. Until they give me a 5% discount on all of my purchases, I refuse to do the job of a cashier. That was included in the price of the goods before self check out and prices keep going up and more people are doing the cashiers job for free. So yes, extra points for having sufficient numbers of cashiers.

They have some good sales on mulch and so much more it's just like a super store but it's just home Depot

Last year when I first moved to this area the store was ok. But since then made 180 degree turn. Rude employees in the appliance department. And the home improvement department. Each time the employee informed me that they were unable to advise me on repairs. The guy with all the knowledge just happened off that day. Hahaha

I was in and out of this place in less then 10 minutes with everything I needed. I used the home Depot app and he it text me the location of all the items I needed. Everything was where it was supposed to be. It's one of the nicer home depot's I've been to

It could be a mundane visit to the store. But that all changed when I was greeted by a staff member, Adam. Personally I wasn't in the greatest mood, and my visit to Home Depot was the last thing on my agenda for the day. It was just a typical interaction between a customer and a store associate, but I was so impressed by his genuine willingness to help. It was such a pleasant visit to the store with his friendliness, which made my day. It's so amazing to know a friendly interaction like that could make someone's day so much better.

Jay and Jake went above and beyond in a department that wasn't theres, helping us with our closet home improvement needs. Very pleased with their service and knowledge.

Great place to buy your outdoor thing's no matter what your looking for they have a great variety of everything! We bought all types of flowers and decorations for our yard! Not too mention there's always workers around to ask for help! Bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever used in a public place!
