Friendly and helpful staff here :). Love the beef n cheddar and curly fries. Their new Mac and cheese bites are good too. Clean and remodeled interior.

Fast service. Food was fresh prepared and hot. Tried the fish strips and they were great. The Cashier was courteous and polite. Restaurant was clean inside and out. Landscaping looked great. First time here and will be back.

The Saturday night crew, 2 girls, 1 man, were great! I need my roast beef shaved extremely thin & I won’t go to the rocky River store because they won’t do it for me. The crew at Avon on center rd did an excellent job & just want to make sure they get credit!! Thanks guys! See ya next week☺

I really thought the wait here would be a long one. It's an area that is inundated with shoppers and travelers. This wasn't the case. The drive through was very busy so we went inside. They were either heavily staffed in the back, or the staff they have are good. The drive through was moving well and inside our order was received fast, fresh, hot and accurate. Clean inside and outside alike. Employees were pleasant and respectful. 2 thumbs up.

We had quite a few youth from our church there late Sunday evening. The staff was very professional and friendly towards each guest and the food quality was on point. A big thank you to the manager, Rozey who made sure we were all taken care of. Wonderful experience. We will be back!

Nothing but amazing awesomeness can be said about excited of this place there are always cheaper fast with the food and very friendly and they have the meat 😆 🤣

Great place. Went 20 min to closing. Showed my retired military ID. They could not figure out my discount but as I was waiting manager gave me money that was more than my discount. I cannot say enough good things about the hospitality and the service.

Nice clean restaurant. Could be slightly bigger but have always gotten my food in a quick manner. Other than that pretty much your run of the mill fast food joint for when you're looking for something quick to eat while your out shopping at many of the nearby stores.

I love the sandwiches totally the best no matter what you get... I just don't understand why they don't have pickles seriously? What are they too expensive or something? The entire world has pickles on their sandwiches I don't get it??? Maybe it's due to budget cutbacks... No frills kind of thing going on?

They went above and beyond when my mobile order wasn't showing up and also brought the order to my car because I didn't want to leave my young daughter alone in the car. Great place, great staff. Will definitely be back.

I love this place so much. This is honestly my favorite place to eat. It might be a bit pricy but its worth it. Everyone here is so nice and its rhe cleanest place ive eaten at. Shoutout to Kaelah, Liz, Mary and Zach. They are the best workers there!!! They give me my food quick and its delicious.

The staff here tend to be very nice. The food is served pretty quick and it is hot and fresh. This place seems to be pretty clean with the tables and Floors cleaned often. The only problem I have is parking, there's not a lot of it.

Their happy hour is a great deal. Prompt and friendly service. When my son dropped his milkshake they were quick to mop it up and gave him another shake!

I went thru the drive-thru on a busy Friday afternoon. Kaitlyn was working at the window. She greeted us with a smile (I could tell she was smiling even though she had a mask on 😁)& was very friendly. Thank you Kaitlyn for your great customer service

Placed a drive-thru order at prime lunch time (12:30). Fast, friendly service. My order was spot-on and delicious. Arby's will be my new favorite lunch spot!
