CVS

I'm a stickler for customer service. I have read the reviews and I don't think that this pharmacy is ran efficiently AT ALL. When you're a tech you should always know what's going on etc. They have a short haired black girl behind the counter that was working two registers at once. Kudos. A white girl with glasses working drive-thru also knocks it out of the park. The pharmacists always seem like they are drowning but whatevs. I haven't had a bad experience here yet and I'm sure that since I'm leaving a good review I will soon. They always have long lines inside the store. But every time I have been in there someone is working the counter. I think they may need better pharmacists because workflow begins with them assigning tasks etc. Get some pharmacists in there that know how to crank it out. I used to work in one with a high volume but the pharmacists were phenomenal and we never had more than a 15 minute wait time. But you have to know what you're doing to be able to do that. Also get you a tech that knows how to run some scripts through and don't let her move. A pharmacist should only be checking scripts. Get it together people.

Had a wonderful experience working with Lisa this morning. I was smiling too much, so we had to retake my passport photos several times. She was very patient and kind while we waited for the passport software to load. Thank you again Ms. Lisa and have a wonderful rest of your week.

Pharmacist Kylie is so knowledgeable and kind, congratulated me for my lifestyle changes when she noticed that we were lowering my BP medication. Never have any issues with this CVS, way better than Kroger.

My experience with CBS in last 4 years has been stellar I can find anything I want they are very organized and the pharmacy and pharmacist have been and still are as knowledgeable if not more in some cases then the physician. Many times I have had questions about mine
and my husband's medication and they have answered every question. I suggest CVS on 96 to be the best ever

This CVS Pharmacy is in a very busy location, which explains why the Pharmacy employees are busy. And as i read many complaints that the Pharmacy is slow, well look at the number of people getting their prescriptions filled there. Every time I go in, every Pharmacist is running working as hard as they can go. So quit being selfish and expect to be waited on in 5 minutes,as if you are king or queen. I have no bad remarks to say about CVS on Hwy 96 in W.R. Ga.

Pharmacist willingly looked up discount on one of my prescriptions that my insurance did not cover. It’s appreciated.

I love the pharmacists at this store. They have always been the absolute best. They are courteous, thoughtful, informative, helpful and respectful. I give them five stars!

Service is always excellent and the wait times aren't too bad even when it's busy. The staff and pharmacists are always very friendly and helpful.
