AT&T Store

I was greeted as soon as I came into the store. Asked what I needed and seated. The gentleman asked for my ID and promptly started fixing my issue. I refuse to go to any other AT&T store. My service person was knowledgeable, polite and fast.

Christian did an excellent job fulfilling every request and questions I had for him. He made the experience very pleasant and quick. Will definitely send more people his way!

My boyfriend and I decided to consolidate our wireless lines on my account to get the best cost savings we could with getting two new Apple watches added to our 4 wireless lines. Customer service rep Miles went above and beyond to help us and even showed us how we were saving money on our mobile insurance by having a family bundle. We were very pleased with our experience!

I just want to say that charnique at AT&T did an amazing job helping me solve a problem with my payment. She went above and beyond with helping me. Such an amazing person!

I did not want to deal in store. I usually deal with a box store that helps everyone, but they were having system errors. Another phone provider had horrible in store service and I was switching from them. But this provider, They saw my frustration when I walked in and they provided the best service. They answered every question. Dealt with my 4 phones and the constant stream of people that showed up to see me and my family. We were cracking jokes. I felt so much better by the time I left.

I was having issues with my sons phone not letting us turn on hotspot. We had attempted to first go to the ATT store on tunnel and they were very rude and refused to help. When we got to the ATT store in the mall Dustin was very helpful and with the help of his manager was able to identify and fix the problem. It was an issue with his sim card and they were able to fix it without any problems. I greatly appreciate the help and how kind they were. I will continue to go to this store.

CJ & Paige are absolutely wonderful and we’re a treasure to work with! We had issues getting things set up but they did anything and everything possible to get me set up. Beyond happy with my service!!!

I LOVE THIS location and can not say enough about our sales person Brittany. She was amazing. From the moment we waslked in the door she made us feel welcomed and a priority. She really listenes to what we wanted and went out her way to make sure that when we left not only were we set up with the product but we were fully satisfied. I will be doing all future business with At&t at this location due to my experience with her. She's the absolute best!!!

9 out of 10 times they have solved any questions or issues I may have about our wireless plan. Very friendly and helpful staff. Raven helped me and my dad this last time. Definitely recommend asking for her. Thanks again!

Raven was my rep who helped me. She was amazing. I know her from another houma store and I'm so glad she was swooped up by AT&T southland mall. Always friendly. Works out the problem as best as she can. We had an issue with the item I purchased so I went back a second time the next day and she must have spent another hour to 45 minutes helping me try to fix it. As it turned out. I ended up having to call tech support who then told me this is an issue that had been going on lately. So maybe I just got my watch at the wrong time. But all in all it was a 5 star visit. 😍

I personally like to Thank Eric for being an outstanding employee at AT&T. When other AT&T locations/Employees lie to customers (Mall Location Houma La,) Eric was loyal to them and made things right. Eric our family really appreciates doing business with you . Thanks

My sister and I went there to upgrade our phones. Mike was the sales rep that helped us out. He was fun and very informative. He helped us get exactly what we wanted, and made sure we understood everything we needed.

Great experience! CJ was very informative in which options I had available. He was able to get me set back up in no time. Would recommend anyone looking to upgrade or switch to go check them out.

I actually had to travel from the Tunnel Blvd store to the Southland Mall store, where Meagan and CJ provided excellent service. Meagan was very knowledgeable and patient and ensured all of my questions and concerns were answered. 5 Star Service!! Thanks Meagan for an excellent experience!!

I would like to give a shout out to some wonderful folks at AT&T—Southland Mall location. My daughter had a problem with her bill, which was a result of a decision we made with an associate at another location. This associate pushed for us to add another line of service, and gave us incorrect pricing information. We tried to resolve the issue at that store, but were told there was nothing that could be done. We also spoke to an AT&T rep over the phone who made detailed notes, but said unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. We then reached out to Clifford (CJ) —at the Southland Mall location. CJ exhausted every avenue trying to resolve the problem, finally putting me in touch with Joby, his regional manager . Joby contacted me on 8/3/20, and within minutes he gave us full resolution. He arranged for us to go into the store and meet with CJ. My daughter went in on 8/12/20 and CJ and another associate by the name of Paige, went thru every step of the process of undoing and redoing what should have been done to start with. Associates like CJ and Paige have restored our faith in AT&T, and are an example of exemplary customer service!! Thanks guys!!

Great workers fixed my in a minute

Very experienced salesperson helped my friend get an incredible deal on a new phone and showed me a direct TV streaming plan. Nice clean store with friendly knowledgeable employees.

I was in and out very fast and the staff were very professional. I do want to say that if you go here DEFINITELY ask for Meagan Solet! She is awesome!
