CVS

I believe this CVS pharmacy provides a great atmosphere to people in the area. It is one of my go to stores, because they have quick things I like to get available when other stores are close. It is sometimes is just right for the brands I buy.

I’ve had great experiences and horrible experiences at all CVS pharmacy’s. AH! But I’ve had all these experiences no matter where the pharmacy was and who owned and ran it. Show me a great pharmacy and I’ll show you the Milky Way. Any pharmacy is a hit or miss experience, so c’mon, cut some slack with nasty reviews. Ever try working at pharmacy?

The staff here are always SO nice, even when it's busy and I'm having issues with my scrip, it's really sweet.

The pharmacist was so nice! I was sent a prescription from my urgent care to this cvs pharmacy to deal with a scalp issue and the medication was so over priced! The pharmacist noticed this and helped me search for economical alternatives that fit my budget. He really took the time to talk me through my stress and I appreciated that so much! If you’re reading this , thank you !

I have had great experiences dealing Victoria. She has always been sweet, warm and extremely helpful.
With AMIESHA.... I remembered what it means when people talk about someone going ABOVE & BEYOND!!!
I recently bought some Claritin, Zyrtec and a eye drop to treat my allergies.
The eye drops were very expensive: $40+. So, I asked an associate to void the item. However, the item ended up being scanned twice and voided once. You get the picture!
I went back to get a refund. I was made feel like I was a scammer. No one tried anything ..... at all.

But when I went back the following day, Amiesha used my credit card to track the transaction and I got a refund. The whole thing took less than a 5 minutes. AMIESHA IS AMAZING, KIND KNOWLEDGE, SWEET, RESPECTFUL. She should be a A SUPERVISOR, AT LEAST!
Amiesha listened to me and took the steps to resolve my issue. None of the people I spoke to the day before tried anything at all. I mean no one tried anything, not even used my card to retrieve the transaction; which I suggested many times. I was told that was not possible!!!! That just too sad!

Rocky, the pharmacist, was beyond kind and helpful when I ran into an issue with my insurance. He saw how nervous I was that I may not get my medication, and he worked with me and found a solution that worked with my insurance. He was so kind, and made it such a positive experience for me.

I have been pleased with
-how short the pharmacy wait time generally is. Of the CVS's I have gone to to pick up prescriptions, this has had the shortest lines. I rarely have to even wait in line, even during rush hour.
-customer service. I wish I remembered individual names, but, overall, people have been personable and genuine. (This includes both pharmacy employees and employees elsewhere in the store.) One of the pharmacists went the extra mile to help me with a more complicated prescription issue that involved talking to multiple CVS pharmacies at other locations.
-as I understand it, all pharmacy techs at CVS are union, which definitely makes me like the pharmacy more.

It's inside Blair shopping center. Best - 24/7 so you can hit it most nights. Pharmacy is until 10 PM but for me it's ok.
Parking is plenty but be mindful about maximum parking time - it was an issue in the past and you can still get towed.
Good - this location has a US passport photo services open during COVID.

Cashiers.. Victoria, Michael and another female cashier are AWESOME 🙂💜...they went above and beyond in assisting me with my return and purchase today. May the good Lord continue to bless them and their families.

The Store has a really friendly staff. The pharmacy has issues. They seem short handed and cvs website is always down when filling a script.

Had great experience and will come back in the near future to purchase more merchandise soon.

This store is REALLY changing. Must be new leadership whipping this store into shape. Whatever it is, please keep it up.

Very few things are open 24/7 in the area, this might be the solution to late night issues
