AT&T Store

I went to the ATT store on Sherwood across from Piccadilly. The entire encounter was great. This young yellow guy (light skinned with short dreads) was helpful. I apologize but I don't remember his name. He was helpful, showed interest in his job, spoke highly of ATT, and offered products. I couldn't believe how great the service was because there's was times I literally hated this particular store. If he remains at this location I am sure the reviews will improve. I hate that I forgot his name.

Willie helped with all of my cellular needs. I often return to his location, for assistance, because I know it will be fast, friendly and consistent customer service that is great! Thanks for such a great experience Willie!

Kayla at the Sherwood location is absolutely amazing. I needed my phone's screen replaced and the location was out of the parts. She made the call to the insurance provider with her phone to get my phone fixed the fastest way possible. My cranky two year old was with me during this time and Kayla calmly kept her entertained so I could finish the call with the tech on the phone. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and top-notch service. I wish more places had associates that exhibit kindness and compassion the way Kayla did.

Kayla showed me how to fix my problems with my phone. She was very professional and helpful and I am recommending an increase in her salary. Signed a very satisfied customer.

Deserve a raise...INDIA was the service agent... she greeted us with a genuine smile and input our order in a timely manner. India had the most Beautiful Energy. She was friendly with total professionalism and customer service. Greg came to assist and he was knowledgeable and reliable with an amazing attitude. The pair totally rocked for AT&T!!!

I would like to acknowledge Ms. Destiny at 3111 S Sherwood Forest. She has done a wonderful job helping me with my billing issues. She gave me referral information that was needed to help me and my problems were resolved. She is a manager and deserves to be in that position. This was my best experience at an AT&T store thus far!! When we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and pleasant hellos. I was particularly impressed with how nice and cool it was inside and the mellow atmosphere. My sister and my dad sat down and chilled while I made my transaction. The young man who helped me was very polite and well mannered. (He was also very cute. 😉) Anyway, he joked with me and made me laugh. I love it whenever I can joke around with the sales person helping me; it makes things flow more smoothly in my opinion. I would DEFINITELY recommend this location before I would even think about recommending the Towne Centre one.
