Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This is a BUSY store, especially in the mornings. The guys are always helpful and the always have the products I want. Highly recommend.

I went to the store today to get some touch up paint for my cabinets. I have to say...what a great experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. A year ago I stopped in and it was a complete opposite experience. It took me a year to come back! I am glad I came back....they were great! Good hires....nice people! That's all we ask for!! Thank you!!!

A busy trade specific store is a good sign. We don’t have many options around, this is an easy choice.

Today Sherwin-Williams Paint Store #2564 donated paint to Dream Coat. We are expanding our retail area, Suite 112 to include Suite 113. Dream Coat ~ More Than A Thrift Store is a nonprofit that exists completely on community donations and volunteer staff.

I had to paint my 6 month old shed because my HOA sucks real bad. Shoutout to Mendenhall! However Jennifer was awesome both times I visited and was super accommodating. The second time in I requested barn white to touch up the trim and they didn’t have anything with that name on file. Jennifer and Dennis were able to look up the corporate account for the shed company and found it was a discontinued color. They had a couple of cans left and were able to make it happen. Super impressed with the dedication they had to get me out the door with the right stuff. I don’t think I’ll buy painting supplies from anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable staff that is friendly and willing to answer every single question you have. We got the right paint for our application without being upsold. The only place we will be going to for paint or stain in the future.

Dan was very informative, answered every question that we had. Made some recommendations and suggestions, helped to educate us about the differences in paint quality. We are glad that Dan was there on Saturday. It made a positive experience for us, everyone working was busy, polite, patience and helpful. This was our 4th trip to Sherwin Williams.

Brandon, at the Knightdale location deserves all the praise. My husband and I have built our house from the ground up. We’re almost done and Brandon has helped with most colors, including the board and batten and siding color. My designer sends me in, and I’m clueless but Brandon is not! I talk to Brandon and I talk to my designer before I make a decision. When I go in and he’s not there, I’m disappointed. He’s the type of person who just goes the extra mile. Shout out to you my new friend! Thank you for all your help.

I really enjoy shopping at Sherwin-Williams, they always provide GREATcustomer service. I also love the quality of their paint. Employees are knowledgeable and very patient.

How young Ricky in Knightdale NC recommended the right products and was very helpful in choosing the perfect color and texture. How easy it was to have your color mixed and not have to settle on premixed color.
