Amazing selection of fresh produce and the choice was overwhelmingly good!

it’s *THE Jewel,* not “Jewel.” for example… “i’m picking up some groceries at the Jewel.” lol jokes aside it’s a good local store for most of your weekly grocery needs. i’ve been going here for 2 decades, since i was a child. i have vibrant memories of riding in the car-carts & looking at the seasonal items up front begging my
mom to buy me a silly Valentine’s bear.

Great sushi on the fly & Thursday r $5 rolls, certain ones. Hey it's steal a good value.

Love the drive up and go app service. Friendly staff and always on time with accurate order. Thank you!

The elderly lady on register 4 today was very polite & I can even say best customer service. This Jewel location already has great service, but today I was impressed. I didn't catch the employees name, sadly. However, she had a hand splint. Much love to everyone in this location. Bravo to the management team.

Smaller Jewel open late but not overnight. They have smaller stocks but good variety and a good produce section. Staff are lovely helpful people. Self check only after like 9-10pm. Two free Volta EV stations, four plugs total.

I’ve purchased a bucket of grilled chicken from their chefs kitchen to shared with my co-workers for lunch. The chicken was so juicy tender, and full of flavor!!! My co-workers and I were so impressed with the flavors, we’ve decided to call the store and asked to speak with the manager. We’ve told the manager how delicious the chicken was and thank her!

Staff here is super nice

The service at this store is outstanding I mean I asked one of the workers there where I could find some pineapple juice he took his time to take me over to the aisle and offered me several different types of pineapple juice made by different brands that is what I call Number One customer service

This Jewel-osco is a hidden gem, its neighbor jewel osco on south port (southeast) is exceptional too, but the parking garage is under ground (no cell reception) and you have to pass through a busy sidewalk and bike lane which can be dangerous if rushed.
The other jewel osco on elston & kedzie/addison is a bit bigger, however. The parking lot is chaotic because it is shared with the chase, oreilys, and other stores in that plaza. Not to mention its right next to 3 major intersections a few blocks away from the 90/94. The people who shop there tend to be rude as well.
This jewel osco has a nice spacious parking lot, and friendly staff. Definitely my new fav jewel osco in the area. Only con is the produce section can run out of items quickly.

My husband and I were relieved the store was not busy at 9:30 am. We wanted to pick up meats and deli foods in person because they were not delivered with our last on line delivery service. We were lucky with our list except for produce (strawberries and lettuce). Our Cashier, Dorothy, was very nice and bagged our groceries with expertise.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this Jewel. I find them more accommodating than the Jewel on Elston Avenue. They are very helpful and always try to get what I need. I have dealt with two employees specifically in the past year. One was Rose, who was extremely helpful when I was trying to buy a specific wine for my daughter. She ordered what I needed!

More recently - I had an exceptional experience with Debbie in Bake Shop. I needed a birthday cake for my daughter for Tuesday 6/11/19. I wanted a specific picture on the cake so I called on June 4th to place the order, but I was told that the printer was down. I asked Debbie if she knew when it would be fixed and she asked me when I needed the cake for. When I told her I needed it for the following Tuesday she told me that if I could get the picture to her by Sunday (6/9) she would go to another Jewel and print the edible picture for the cake. I actually needed two cakes one for that Tuesday and one for Saturday a few days later and wanted pictures on both. Debbie said it would not be a problem. She really went over and above to help me get the cake I needed to surprise my daughter. The cakes turned out wonderfully. Everyone who saw both cakes could not believe how the pictures came out. Thanks again to Debbie (and Rose) for making my visit to Jewel on Lincoln such a positive experience!!!

Fabulous bakery! Their fruit filled cakes are so fresh and tasty and when I wasn't able to pick up on the morning I had scheduled, they were happy to keep them in the cooler until the next day. Still looked and tasted great!

Great price , great sales and the layout is very easy to find things. The hot food is really good especially the tater babies. Side note the selling cook Nathan hotdogs look for them by the cook roast chicken.

The store is quite busy but the lines move very quickly. Somehow the bathrooms here are always super clean, quite impressive and appreciated.

God, I love this place. Just ran into my friend and neighbor there after 10pm and mentioned to him that I am so grateful they're open late! Great prices, lots of organic and gluen-free options so I don't have to rely on Whole Amazon, and friendly staff. Thank you, North Center Jewel for keeping it real!

Convenient, has what you need and good location. The lady in the deli has great customer service and this Jewel has a great community atmosphere.

Nice friendly check out .great exotic fruits ,the rarely seen Ugli fruit and the Asian Dragon fruit and my favorite wine on big sale price. Always nice that they stay open later so I can shop after work.
