AT&T Store

I was lucky that no one was in the store when I went in so the single employee was able to help me right away. He explained how the trade in process worked, showed me similar phones to the upgrade options so I could see sizes, and then did the ordering. He took the time to review the waterproof ratings and how I can look up the independent company because I wanted a waterproof case. I live in a rainforest and my phone will definitely get wet, so it's a concern for me.

We went to AT&T today to upgrade our plans and phones and add my partner to my account. There were some technical difficulties getting his number moved over, but the store employees who helped us were magnificent. They were working so hard and were very professional, friendly, and persistent to get the problem solved. Jay and Bobby are wonderful! They take their jobs seriously and really care about their customers. Thanks again for your help. :)

Specifically Ethan is amazing. He supported us through a 2.5h maze of account transfers that spanned both coasts, three cell providers, two phones, multiple authorization snafus and much more. Go Ethan.

These associates do not rush their customers, and they maintain transparency by explaining each step and decision to make sure everything is understood and questions can be answered. Special should out to Bobby Roberts for his help on our most recent visit!

I stopped by during the lunch hour on a weekday and there were plenty of associates ready to help. Devon was amazing, helping me sign up for the most economical plan with no pressure. I had been putting off changing carriers for months, but it was easy, fast and even pleasant.

Very helpful staff. I got a new phone there and when part of the screen went out about week later they were able to replace it free of charge. They are all always very helpful and friendly.

I lost my AT&t prepaid cell phone while doing snow removal during a winter storm. I had just renewed my service the day before.I have my backup phone but I don't have a SIM card. To top it off, it's right before store closing and I'm am not on the account. I can't just open up a new account because I need that Sim with that phone number for work. I am so stuck without a shovel. But to my surprise after answering a few questions about the account owner and the billing cycle and the art&t rep alking with his manager he came back with my phone SIM card. Thank you AT&t for going above and beyond.
