I asked the ladies in the drive-thru, after all the add-ons my 22 yr old daughter requested for her coffee, If the ladies in the drive-through could also drink 1/2 of it for her too since she typically wastes half her coffee; we all had a laugh. It was a fun place!

Stopped by last minute with a large order for me and my coworkers. The drive through stuff had it ready quickly with no mistakes.

Me and Joshua drove through the drive through and he wanted to try a customized drink Jess was amazing she was patient and gave us tons of combinations we could try that would fit our needs!! She was so enthusiastic and made our spirits rise up her great customer service even continued all the way till the end where she wanted us to try the drink to see if we liked it! What a amazing experience we aren’t even from around this location but she makes us want to travel just for her customer service thank you JESS your going a long way! Stay blessed

Very, very busy and a little bit of a wait because of that. It seemed like they had plenty of staff and just need another espresso machine or someone who can jump between machines and help finish coffees after the espresso is made. The guy on the hot station was not happy that he had to keep walking to the to-go area, massive someone could have jumped in to run orders for him(?). Anyway, they did a great job.

I work close by and have always had a great experience. I usually just go through the drive thru and each and every time this location has done such a great job. All of the drinks turn out perfect and they’ve never messed up my orders. I usually order 6-8 drinks each time and the drinks are all made in a timely fashion. I never have to wait at all. The staff here are always so sweet and polite. This will continue to be my location of choice for pick me ups! Thanks for being awesome, especially during this pandemic! =)

Each location can be totally different. This one, the coffee didn’t have the "we forgot to wash the pot for a month " taste. Great job.

I hope this finds the right person. I had the best interaction at this Starbucks today. I believe her name is Morgan. She truly made my day. In a world with so much negatively and hate, people like her give me hope and remind me that there are still genuine and kind individuals. I hope this review finds its way to her. Wonderful place, Fantastic people! Not only are they quick and efficient, they are nice and welcoming to new as well as returning customers! I also wanted to mention that they're totally invested in EVERY customer's satisfaction, and well being. All the way down to a very green delivery driver who obviously had no idea how to handle himself in the store when orders are flying in and out thru drive thru and in-store. People and coffee flying in and out, everywhere you look! But they still took time to MAKE SURE he knew he had the right order and followed the right steps to complete his pickup, and get him pointed in the right direction to succeed on his delivery ( all while smiling and being patient, answering questions that only a newbie would ask. All the while Chaos was ensuing in a controlled level , albeit not much time to sit back and see that unfolding!!

This location has become my go-to, the staff is always very friendly and attentive, Carlos on the other hand is by far one of the best to encounter in there, even under pressure he keeps things moving at a consistent speed, never a bad experience here, they can get quite busy & backed up but thats expected from a drive-thru location; I manage multiple stores & I understand how stressful it can get dealing with walk-ins, online orders & drive-thru orders, no matter the day of the visit, they never miss. The drinks are always beyond my expectations, out of all the locations I visit this one is by far my favorite! +99999999999

The store was short handed and the drive thru was busy, yet the employees were very professional and explained there would be a bit of a wait time. I would definitely return to this location. Team Work was excellent as well as over all customer service.

The baristas are super nice, and very quick. It is pretty amazing how much they accomplish so early in the morning. I have never had a bad experience here.

***I highly recommend you get out of your car at this location. There are rarely more than 1 or 2 people in line at the counter even when the drive through line wraps around the store.

I come to this location basically everyday before I go to work and they are always super nice and their coffee is always perfect! I have yet to go to a Starbucks that makes their coffees as good as this location. Idk what kind of magic they are doing in there but honestly it’s my favorite location to go to.

I absolutely love this location! I go there every day the manager Crystal is very professional and friendly and she has a great staff. They treat me as though they have known me all their lives. that makes me feel very Special!! if you want a good cup of coffee and a smile 😀 this is your place!!

The staff at this Starbucks are always so chill and inviting. I have lived in the area since 2013 and I have never had a bad experience or bad coffee from these folks. 2 grandes will get you a free red travel coffee cup right now!

This location has really made my day! Most amazing customer service! My wife is in the fire academy and so coffee in the afternoon is a must for her studies. I only drink black coffee so it took me a minute to figure out what I should get her that wouldn't be too sweet and they were beyond patient and really made my entire day! Definitely recommend stopping by this location all hours of the day!
