Naomi was very helpful. I needed to complete my port number transfer from a landline to business wireless. Was having problem wirh activation. She was Very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle my situation. She guided me and we step through the process together. Prior to my visit, I spoke to customer service over the phone and went going back and forth to other at&t store. And no result. Naomi is awesome and I walked out a very happy and satisfied customer. A+ for Naomi !

I came to this AT&T location to get my own Wifi plan and phone plan, something that had been stressing me out. The rep Goldie took very good care of me, she was extremely patient and understanding of my situation and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service and deals possible. She never once made me feel like I was not worth the time to help, and I truly appreciate that. This AT&T location should be proud to have her on their team! 😊

I met Alyse, explaining my difficulty in trying to log into my AT&T account.She corrected everything in a timely manner, which was fantastic. After a short chat and realizing that I am a Retired Fireman, she ask if i knew about the plan for all 1st responders, military which i was both, Military and Fireman
She got me on the new billing plan for 1st responders and explained to me the difference in monthly cost of either $40 or $45. I told her I will be taking the $45 that had the Hotspot option, which wasn't an issue but an added value. She showed me the iPads, which I told her I needed since I lost my old laptop. She explained how it would be incorporated on my statement. I will be coming in about 2 weeks to get the 12-inch iPad.

My mom needed another phone cover and charger. I waited less than a minute. Great customer service. I consider this location suitable for shoppers.

Wow! Steven Borja, the general manager, is extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable. We came in due to a misunderstanding and he handled it so well, helped resolve our issue. I would recommend this store, specially due to the great customer service received

I would like to share my experience ! My husband and I went in to get WiFi service, we walked out with WiFi service and 2 brand new iPhones! Goldie helped us answered all of our questions stayed after hours to make sure we were taken care of!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE hands down! Make sure to ask for her as you will not be disappointed!!!

Devon E is the absolute best. I have upgraded many times and no one has ever taken the time to look at things on our account and make recommendations for our account. I don’t live in Texas was upgrading my daughter, but after the way he took care of us I will be going back to him for the new Apple Watch.

My daughter and I needed new service and phones and Chris was extremely helpful. He wasn’t at all pushy, just very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, respectful and attentive. We both left feeling grateful for such great service and new knowledge. We will definitely return with any questions or needs. The store was clean, pleasant and relaxing.

This was by far the easiest AT&T experience. I mentally prepare for an awful time based on previous experiences, and was very pleased with this experience. Was helped by Naomi, very knowledgeable and nice!

Western and 35 store
Goldie was friendly and very helpful. Claire the manager was greatly knowledgeable and made possible what I needed although it was not conventional for them to take that action in that circumstance. I much appreciated them working with my situation to solve it!
Give them both a raise!

We had an amazing customer experience today with Goldie. We had been trying to cancel our Internet subscription because we are moving into a house that already has AT&T. However, as far as I can tell, the customer phone lines do everything in their power to make sure you can't cancel. So we went in to try and speed up the process. Little did I know that this phone store was not able to cancel internet plans nor could they do anything on the system side to help. However, one 15 minute session with Goldie and they were on the line, set the cancellation date, and put the notation on the account in writing. Well done! And thank you so much!

THE NEW FACE OF AT&T, I walked into the store today to set up my voicemail. Even though they were very busy Lee was able to get to me as quickly as possible. He was very polite and began the process of setting up my voice mail. After about three minutes he asked me to wait a moment and walked to the back. When he returned, he came back with his manager Steven B. I can only assume that when Lee was setting up my voicemail he noticed that I was on a very old outdated plan and that there was a more economical plan form me with greater options. Steven clearly explained the plan to me which only made sense. I would like to commend both of them for their excellent customer service that they provided and the initiative that Lee took when he looked at my plan and noticed it could be better. It is really nice when someone like Lee and Steven went out of their way to make sure I was receiving the best deal possible for the service I was using. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a phone carrier store of any kind anywhere. I also appreciated the fact that even though there were many other plans out there Steven and Lee were not the typical pushy salesman trying to push services and plans that I did not need or want or any other TV/Internet service. They wanted to make sure I was going to get the best plan for my money and saved me money doing that. Way to go guys. This is the kind of service people are looking for these days, OUTSTANDING!!!!!!.

I want to thank Alyse N. at the Western Center location. She spent about 2 hours with me trying to resolve an issue with getting my watch line connected. She was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. During those 2 hours, we spoke to several phone reps and got transferred to multiple departments. She kept her cool, and continued to help other customers as they walked in. If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought that she was the only one working that day. 😁. Thank you for your persistence and your outstanding customer service.

I recently went into this att store and setup a new account and ordered a new phone. I brought the new phone in 2 days later after receiving it in the mail for assistance. Both the manager and associate were excellent in getting my issues resolved and helping activate my new service. Recommend this location for anyone with att.
